When visiting a few times I have been provided with a positive and friendly service by the toolstation team. However on a recent Visit a woman with brown/blonde hair (I didn?t manage to get her name) had a very hostile demeanour when I asked for her assistance.I?m appalled by her attitude towards customers and hope I don?t receive this type of service in the future.
