The women, Caroline helped me straight away, even though it was coming to 430 she still stayed to help me and one other person, she multiple task.. and still managed to have time to talk.Please keep this Santander open, its on my way home, the people are so lovely and i feel very comfortable ( despite virus rules)Also two years ago I was planning the flowers for my wedding across from the bank, unfortunately they told me that they couldn't arrange my wedding flowers as they weren't open on the date of my wedding, i was so upset. I went into the bank to deposit some money, i broke into tears in front of the women, i felt embarrassed, but oh my god they were all so amazing, they sat me down, gave me some water and one other colleague gave me professional flower persons number.Not only did they look after me but they work well as a team and came together to make amazing customer service. ( in this case a bride in stress)”
