I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but we had a good stay. No worse than other slightly older Premier Inns we have stayed at. Our Room was large by Premier Inn standards and was clean and comfortable. We knew the pub next door had shut with construction fencing up. We ordered a delivery from McDonalds both mornings for breakfast, it worked well. Easy walk to the high street and tube stations both West Ruislip and Ruislip. The White Bear pub/restaurant across the roundabout is nice. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Google Maps has confused The Orchard where I ate an early Xmas meal with friends with the Premier Inn built in the car park only a few years ago. This scarcely matters as the venue, The Orchard, is shutting, for good on the 4th of December 2023. How this site, with the most car parking of any venue in Ruislip can be managed into the ground, is beyond me. Let's hope the Council, LBHillingdon, do not allow the site to be redeveloped into poor value housing.Food & drinks: Despite reassurances the full menu would be available, it was not. Only 2 starters from the Festive menu were 'on'. When it came to the dessert of a mince pie, it looked just a supermarket item, and no-one thought to warm them up.

Nice, big, clean room BUT not accessible! We had loads of bags, a newborn and a pram and having to climb up and down the stairs was exhausting..

Stayed here to meet old work friends for a reunion. Was greeted by a lovely, friendly and professional Gina at reception who could not do enough for me throughout my stay. Room was airy and spotlessly clean and while we didn't have an evening meal at the restaurant next door, we did enjoy a lovely breakfast there next morning which was good and hearty. Location is very good and I enjoyed a nice 10 minute stroll onto Ruislip high street. Will definitely stay at this Premier Inn on my next visit to Ruislip. Thank you Gina for making my trip from Ireland a great one. You are a credit to your employers.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Premier Inn London Ruislip hotel and overall , I had a positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to Wembley Stadium and central London through the nearby tube station.The room I stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room size was decent, providing enough space to move around comfortably.The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and transportation options, making it easier for me to navigate the city.One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the noise from other doors banging in the middle of the night. While this was a slight inconvenience, it did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.In terms of amenities, the hotel offers the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on-site. However, it would have been nice to have additional amenities such as a fitness center or a swimming pool.Overall, I would recommend the Premier Inn London Ruislip hotel for its clean rooms , comfortable beds, and convenient location. It provides a good value for the price and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

I stay regularly in Ruislip premier inn with my son. All reception staff we meet are very friendly and very helpful, and we love the full English breakfast ?
