I left a dress on Monday to be dry cleaned. I was promised it would be ready by Wednesday . It turns out it won't be ready until next week, not much use as I am going away tomorrow. At £16.95 it wasn't a cheap option . Truly not a service I would use again.

Lovely man with blond hair. Polite and helpful. Good opening hours. They answer the phone when you call.

Dropped off a pair of boots and gave my telephone number so that they could call me when they were ready to pick up the following day. Returned the following afternoon and they were sitting on the bench, no phone call at all, an odd way of doing business. Then when I get them home the heels haven?t even been trimmed properly as the picture shows.Just disappointed really, a little attention to detail would have gone a long way.

Time is 15:23 and no one is here to serve customers. Myself and quiet a few customers had to leave unserved. Sign on door says they?ll be back at 14:20!

Refused a quick service of a battery change 10 minutes till closing. You close at 6pm not 5:50. Waste of time

Took my watch for a battery replacement. One week later water leaked into it and now it fogs up like crazy. Took it to get it fixed and it?s oxidized so damaged permanently. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Avoid at all cost staff cnt be arsed to cut 4 keys claimed he never had the key pointed to the exact key ,claimed wrong shape . Was the exact key shape colour everything but too lazy avoid
