Some of the most horrifically ignorant staff I have ever ever encountered in any shop of any form in my entire life. Never will I ever ever use anything to do with ladbrokes stores or even online after my experience with the appallingly trained staff at this shop. Even the mention of the word ladbrokes makes my skin crawl, just thinking of the staff there.
