Today I was shopping in the store and I chose three different products which are labeled "Any 3 for £10. When I went to the checkout they told me that the promotion does not apply if the Products are not of the same type. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashiers pointed me to a black woman named "Nikol" if I'm not mistaken she was middle aged overweight. She attacked me and tried to make a fool of me and accused me of not understanding the promotion. I continued to insist and demand my rights, I spoke to several more employees, all of them were rude and disrespectful. I spoke to another black woman who introduced herself as a manager. She was hiding her name tag, but I saw that it started with the letter "C". I found out later that the first woman who was introduced to me as a manager was a supervisor. The second woman also said she was a manager, but I can't be sure because their lies became too much. She explained to me that the £10 promotion was for an item of the same type, but the whole time she was talking in a loud voice. I checked the Tesco online store and found out that all the store employees I spoke to are blatant liars. Bach bought slow-cooked salmon, mackerel and Chinese ribs. All three products were part of the £10 promotion. staff behavior was aggressively disrespectful, dishonest, toxic, mocking. I am shocked how this could be happening in the capital of England.

Really bad service and lazy rude staff bullying costumers, a black lady with ugly eyes lashes told me the f word cos I asked her the price of the caffe I can?t coment more am getting upset again

I find some of the staff very friendly and helpful here but one rude person is Anthony on the check outs he ways talks down to me and I am shocked tesco has given him a team leaders job he needs re trained in customer service the finsbury park metro is so much better to shop in then this store and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful

Went this evening to store and this young staff (haven't seen her before) asked if I'm using card decided to use cash then she said to me with so much attitude that the checkout I'm using is only using card ....so unnecessary to tell me that....she has a stinking attitude that's what my spirit tells me...horrible human being !!!!

So I visited the store last evening and did a bit shopping with good prices and good Club-card prices ?at least this was said in the price tags? anyways I went to the till as I went there I tried to but my basket on the till which I didn?t do it on purpose the cashier lady got ot me RUDE she said - but the basket on the floor and she gave me attitude for no reason as she could see I am 9 Months PREGNANT as well! she couldn?t of been a bit nice anyways she server me quickly rudely she didn't know what she is doing at the end I gave her one jacket to check the price with the club card price the original price was £50 and she said that with the discount will be £39 or something like that k don't remember exactly, anyways I said that i don't want it she did scan the jacket and leave it on there so she made me pay £85.00 for 2 bags of ingredients and the jacket which was not be given to me I did realise and went to her to ask her what is going on she checked my receipt I said you charged me for the jacket the only this she said was OHH DID I which was very very rude!! shen she said to to customer service they will give your money back so I dod go there was 2 other man which i was trying to tell them about my problem and i wanted to get checked all my shopping because paying £85.00 wasn?t right for me one of the mans got rude to me again and he continued to be rude couple minutes there was customers behind me which even they realised about the rude worker! the one worker said that he did refund my money back to my bank account but its been time now the money is not even in progress nothing and i live far away from the store so im wondering what i have to do? my point is the store is very good full of things but some of the workers are full of disappointment!!!!!!!! which is a very big minus for the store ? ! also i didn't take their names if i did i would of put their names here as well but yeah the lady in the till and the man in the customer service?. very RUDE!

Right on the main road. Great collection of all day to day stuff. Make sure to get Club card ( physical or via App) before you pay as you get good discounts as card holders

This store has been operating 6am-10pm for years now, without updating their signage. The official signage says 6am-midnight, prominently at the main door and the car-park ramp. There's even an old, prominent sign on the front saying it opens 24 hours. Honesty and consistency would be helpful.

The clothing selection is the height of fashion. As someone who takes great pride in their appearance, I can't emphasize enough the status symbol of their underwear selection.The briefs are tight and absorbent. The slippers are seductive, and great for woo-ing my girlfriend. Haute couture at its finest.

I have been shopping at Tesco for several years and I have always been discriminated against by an African lady. Today I went shopping with the children and my 2-year-old girl took a jelly, and the lady in question screamed and raised her voice very loudly when she saw that the girl took a jelly! I didn't see her until after she had taken the jelly and put it in her mouth! many people had stopped to see what had happened, because the lady did not want to come and talk to me, and preferred to scream. (I took the jelly from the girl, put it in the bag and paid for it) It's not the first time I feel discriminated in this store (seven sisters). It's about a 2-year-old child who in a second took a jelly. I've seen other kids taking it, even grown people but that's not the problem...the problem is that the lady is racist with me! There are several incidents with her when she behaves differently with me. Disappointing...

I like the shop and staff, but queues and checkout availability is ridiculous. Two staffed checkouts open, and two have just shut with a queue like this for self checkouts. Sometimes only 5 out of 10 self checkouts open.

Was waiting with my Trolley at self service machines and after 5 minutes the man who was there said no trolleys go to the main something and i didn't understand and asked him a few times if he meant the cashiers tilts since the word he used i never heard it before but he seemed to ignore me as if i was insulting him how rude iam 65 years old and in all my years i have always known it as the cashiers but he said something else i think all this big shops should train their staff and show them about customer service after all we giving them our money show some respect ?

Some of the workers at the till need to fix up and have a better attitude, do your job properly . If a customer wants to remove items in the cart don?t give them attitude and be angry . Where?s the smile and positivity , help and support and being friendly , clearly poor customer service skills

I had an issue at this store last year and the manager named zohra was rude and absolutely clueless, when i showed that i paid for my items due to the fact that i got the points in my app because the bloody machine didn't give me the receipt, she asks me to pay for the items again and go to the bank and give her proof. She didnt listen to me at all and was rude throughout luckily the machine started to work and few mins later i popped back into the store and i got my items that i had already paid for. Stupid clueless manager, whoever got her into the job should think twice on how to treat customers with idiotic staff members, zohra isnt fit for manager role, just give her the broom to clean the toilets!!!!
