I went to buy electric heater ,I told the cashier the type of heater I wanted, I paid right price,when i went home I found that she gave me the wrong heater .I went back to the store and I saw the cashier who sold me the heater, and I told her ,she said it's the computer fault. , what an excuse ha haWith a miserable face unprofessional service not even sorry, change the heater .This is a bad customer service, i lost 2 hours going back to retail park wich is a long walk from the main road .this was on Tuesday 24 of October 1.10 oclock PM.

Tottenham Toolstation are always fully staffed at the tills, and I?ve not had any issues with the service there, unlike stores close by. My first choice for the north London area.

I shopped yesterday at the Tottenham branch and the staff were amazing and helpful. I was especially amazed with Lisa when she was serving a customer that drove her mad for over 25 min, she kept calm and respectful to him and advised him again and again. I GIVE HER 5*****

Went here after work Tuesday afternoon was met by a young sales assistant Named Rick he was helpful well spoken and helpful got me registered as a TOOL-STATION account holder very officiant a d made me feel completely comfortable and at ease whilst I was in the store I?ll be visiting again ??
