Rude security guy, was saying nonsense, I had item missing from mu order, I went to collect, he wanted to show me receipt, which I didn't have so i told him let's check with the counter but he wae keep insisting to show I receipt, I told him order I collected 2 days ago so I don't have todays receipts, he was just a racist or he was just taking advantage of his authority and teasing customers, I'm customer from 13 years, will never ever go to this store until this security guy there who stopped me for no reason. He was threatening me and staring like he gonna attack on me.

Not a very good one i'm afraid. The prices they have on the shelves don't match the ones charged on the tills. And to make it worse when asked an advisor i was told "sorry they forgot to update the prices on the shelves". And happens not in one but in 2 different products on the same visit.

I recently visited a Boots store intending to buy lipstick, but ended up updating my entire makeup collection. I was assisted by a member of boots staff Yumna she was professional, polite, and refreshingly genuine. Her natural and honest approach made the shopping experience enjoyable. While there were some mixed experiences with other staff members, overall, the customer service at the store was great. I highly recommend visiting this Boots store for a positive and satisfying shopping experience.

Went to collect an online order from Boots and the girl at self checkout was able to ask for someone to help at the tills, even though she was swamped! Nicko gave me 5 star customer service and was super helpful when getting my order for me. Give that man a raise okay!

I usually enjoy shopping in boots Westfield. I went to pick up an item and on the way wanted Tom Ford Grey Vetiver. After waiting for nearly ten minutes managed to speak to a lady with Dior name. The answer was we don?t have it. My answer I just saw it my dear. If you come will show you. Don?t you want to sell I need it for Father?s Day gift.Usually busy and staff fairly good. But today was awful.

Absolutely 5 star customer service.I visited the store and was looking for a particular perfume. After pacing up and down I was approached by Paris a very helpful gentleman who advised me if alternatives and as a special treat for myself (40th Birthday!) I ended up purchasing 2 perfumes. Unfortunately I forgot to use my Advantage card and he patiently revised my transaction in order for me to earn my birthday points.An enjoyable shopping experience and would recommend as a store to find the best perfumes ??

Staff Brilliant, always buzzing around, however always smiling and more than happy to assist, that is IF you manage to catch one of them. PHONES NOT BEING ANSWERED is a massive issue at most BOOTS Stores.More staff, calls being answered equals happy returning customers. (Retention)

This is the most disgusting store in Westfield. Whenever I go to buy something, I am appalled with non existent customers service and a pile of till receipts rubbish on the floor.Today I went to buy something, they invited to to the tills the advisers serve. She asked me for the money without ?please?. As I was reaching out for my points cards, she left the till and me and walked out.I asked the adviser at the next till where she was gone and her and was:?You are paying with the card anyway!?. They she come over to finish serving me.The advisor who left the till was just standing on the other side of her colleague?s tills at that moment and watched her finishing the payment and giving me the receipt.I am not sure if their managers know what a good customer service is if this is tolerated.Also, why they always leave the rubbish around the tills? Is it too much to swipe it from time to time?I will never go there again because I don?t want to spend my money where I don?t feel treated as a customer and where the shop is not clean.If there was 0 here, this is why they would get from me.

Really poor customer service at the Lancôme cosmetics area. No-one knew who was to be serving and I kept asking staff members. Was not greeted in a friendly manner, feeling like I was a persistent pain tbh. Not good. I knew what I wanted to buy as well. However on the other hand, I couldn?t fault the staff member, Bogna who finally helped me with my purchase ?

Worse boots pharmacist ever. I have never experienced such a rude, ignorant and probably discriminatory service. I have been refused treatment only because I didn?t know what exact pill to ask for (English is not my main language) After insisting for at least being suggested an alternative both Shared Shaik and Vian Abbs refused to provide any help at all probably because it was close to the closing time and they wanted to go home. I have never been more disappointed and shocked. The manager also had no communication skills and was rude almost raising his voice and unable to answer basic questions. He seemed to have no idea about the pharmacy or how things work. I tried to explain that I don?t want a prescription pill, I just need a suggestion on what to buy and he seemed to have no clue about anything. The pharmacist Vian also suggested lying to another pharmacy so I can get the pill that I mentioned in the beginning based on my google research. She also seemed to have no idea about what I was requesting and no willing to help or at least listen. I ended up going to another pharmacy where I was served immediately?it turned out that the pill I mentioned was easily available without any prescription so they were either ignorant or just wanted to go home early. I have never seen worse staff, they should not be allowed to work with the public.

Visit here was okay today. There was a discount sale today, so as you can imagine, it was jam-packed. I chose the Dior counter today, and as helpful as the assistant was, she was rushed off her feet with the constant demand from customers. Therefore the wait to be seen was very long. More assistance on this counter is needed to meet the demands of a store like this one. With all of this said, I was impressed with how the assistant handled herself and the counter in this situation.

The store is not too bad, but the manager should learn to listen to people and not accuse them of lying. Instead of helping me, he made me angry and I left Dissapointed and embarrassed because he said in front of the other customers that I'm claiming something that i shouldn't when in fact the store was wrong. I will try to avoid this place.
