The only downfall was that it was oddly quiet compared to other places in that area.Food was amazing, got to the point where I genuinely couldn't eat anymore!Service was amazing.Would definitely go again

Turned up at 8:30pm on a Sunday evening. Was told that the restaurant was closed.Westfield, Byron, and Google Maps listings all state they’re open until 10pm. Staff ignored all of this and claimed they had always closed at 9pm on Sundays.Zero apologies given, no effort to correct the oversight. No wonder their popularity... read full comment

Terrible customer service, would not recommend. Despite both the official Byron website and Westfield stating the store is open till 10pm, we’ve been told the store is closing when we arrived at 8:30pm. No apologies or explanations was offered, and the staff made no effort/ was rude.
