“I had a wonderful shopping experience last weekend at Monsoon's White City store. Despite the store being busy, a young girl in the kids' section patiently helped me find the right sizes for my children. She had a smile on her face and was incredibly helpful. At the tills, the woman who helped us was friendly and even made my kids laugh with her jokes. As we left, she waved goodbye to my kids, who happily waved back. Overall, I was impressed with the welcoming and kind service we received.”

“Overall a great store, a big Next with a good range of clothing. Bright, clean, and feels refreshed. Lots of changing rooms, good stock levels and sizing.Unfortunately I had two annoying problems. First of all, the formal shirts to try on for size need to be washed more often. The ones I tried smelled a bit of BO which is just gross, there should surely be lots of extras which are rotated throughout the day to avoid this. Secondly, one of the lifts was broken and the other was very slow/had a queue, so I took the stairs but it was some weird emergency route with no signposting. Basic stuff like having a signposted staircase seems reasonable to expect.Also, I was excited for the Bath and Bodyworks range which before was not available in the UK, but the prices are awful. More than double the US prices is just too much, Bath and Bodyworks is not a luxury brand so the prices don’t make sense other than for a very homesick American.”

“The displays and the atmosphere alone is a shopping paradise personally. I have never been to a clothing store with so much quality menswear! Their shirts are the most comfortable I've ever owned and the self checkout machine was super easy to use, we just chucked the clothes into the scanning-bin and it read them perfectly - it did feel a bit magicGood clothes, good selection, well kept store”

“Love this branch! The staff here go above and beyond. Always friendly and welcoming. Today I visited the store to buy an item I desperately wanted. They didn’t have my size in stock but a member of staff managed to find it for me in another local branch. It was the last one left. She gave me the telephone no of the other branch and the product no so I could call them to reserve it. She was beyond helpful and I’m so grateful. Gutted I didn’t catch her name! On previous occasions too I’ve always found the staff at Westfield so so friendly and polite. I don’t know what’s up with the negative reviews!”

“My fiance and I visited Reiss to look for ideas and inspiration for his wedding outfit. For 1.5 hours we were taken care of by Solomon and receieved the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He was so helpful picking out lots of of outfits to try, different colour combinations, including ask the finishing touches from shoes to ties to pocket squares. He dressed my fiance, pinned the trousers and even did up his tie to make the whole experience feel very special. I even told him he'd have to come to Italy and help style us for the big day :)”
