Today i went to five guys and i had one oreo milkshake with double cheeseburger. The milkshake was the best one i?ve ever had and for the burger it was also very tasty, I liked that it wasn?t plain and dry.

Went to the one in Westfield Shepherds Bush. Busy but the servers wer polite and efficient. Wait was about 10 mins. Ordered 2 milkshakes and tastes good at £6 each.

Best burgers in town!! Just the way you like 'em! Toppings galore!! Or no toppings! Your choice!! Quick friendly service with a smile!! The restaurant was kept clean & tidy, even after some patrons left their rubbish on tables, it was cleaned & sorted quickly!!

A rather excellent burger experience and enough fries to sink a battleship.Great burger patties that have a genuine taste. In future though I won't go "all the way" with the toppings - there's too many and they spill out. Just keep it simple - easier to eat gracefully!Tried the hot dog too which was decent enough but not legendary like the burgers.

Thank you Sadia for the wonderful service,however, the food is OK I mean it?s just a burger I didn?t expect to pay 27 pounds for two burgers. Nothing great about the burgers, very limited vegetarian auctions.Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, very limited vegetarian options. I ordered a veg burger and I did not even receive a burger patty. This is ridiculous.

Five guys has the best burgers in the world! And whats really great is that you start with a basic burger and you can adjust it with toppings just the way you like it.

As always great quality on the food, what caught my eye was that the tables and the restaurant area in general was spotless. Kudos to the waiter that was constantly cleaning every surface and the floor. You are an example to everyone! ??

Food was typical good 5 Guys standard, although the fries were maybe a bit rushed.Something needs doing about paper straws for milkshakes though. I know we're doing it for the environment but they just aren't fit for purpose!Good luck to the new member of staff learning the art of burger making, you look like you're rocking it already!

I went to five guys last saturday and I was served a man called Valentine who was perfectly helpful and has amazing customer service and walked me through how to order and customise my burger even giving me recommendations on what to get. If you want a great food and wonderful customer service experience go to five guys Westfield and ask for Valentine.

I love a good burger, and honestly five guys is one of my go-to when I?m craving some good fries and meat - I always choose pickles, lettuce and tomato for my cheese burger.The staff is amazing especially Mohammed , always smiling and attentive. They always throw some extra fries in my bag.
