Left waiting for a pair of Vans for over half an hour to then be told he's dumped the job on someone else all the staff are ignorant and rude! Lacking customer service skills badly obviously not trained by the manager or store what a let down spent 200 in footlocker instead!

I went to this shop recently the staff is so impatient to assist us because we are asking for shoe sizes for several times it seems that he is mad,then after we decided to buy the right size the handed it to him so we can pay it and then went home and we live atcountryside we discoverd that he gave us the wrong size both right side and its 9 and 10 the worst it I am going to fly back home the next day and that is for my son...what a shame.I do hole that the management will be improved.It causes to much worries on me since I am already busy packing.They should always be cautios about it.always double check.PLEASE

Extremely rude to my young son that asked very politely if they had a specific model. The guy just replied in a horrible tone ?NO!?Do they think kids don?t have a parent sitting watching them or they don?t have their own money? ? 05/11/23 5:20pm approximately

If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. Laughing at us when asked for advice/assistance. Rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Give your hard earned cash to independent stores, not these clowns.

I walked into the shop expecting a pleasant experience, but the deafening music made it impossible to even think. The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers, and don't get me started on the online order collection ? it felt like a test of patience I didn't sign up for.

I went to buy some shoes last weekend. The staff were rude and unhelpful. This is the worst Footasylum shop I've been to, the staff is unprofessional, and staff training is definitely needed here. I recommend the one in Oxford Circus much more because their customer service is great and you feel valued as a customer.

Just been here.While I was shopping, for the whole 15/20 minutes that I was on the upper floor, there were 4 of the staff doing nothing than standing still and talking.When I went to the till only 1 of the 3 was open causing long queue. After a while a second guy came to open the 2 till. Energy below 0. Took him another 5 minutes just to process my only item.
