Really disappointed with the service I recieved today. Sales Assistant Nijole was very disinterested, not even a hello when I walked in and made it clear she was annoyed she had to stop what she was doing to serve me at the till. I completely understand the pressure staff can be under sometimes especially when short staffed, but to border on rudeness and take it out on customers is just inexcusable. It?s a shame because the rest of the staff in this store are always lovely and I?ve had mostly positive experiences in the past but this encounter left such a bad taste in my mouth I will avoid re-visiting this store if there is an alternative. Also completely ignored me after taking payment when I said goodbye. Again just plain and simply rude.

My card declined my contactless payment as i had used it a few times that morning, the sales assistant then rudely states with an attitude "maybe you do not have enough money on it" i then continued to use chip and pin which was successful and then left the store unhappy with my overall experience at this H&B. i was served by Nijole, she was very rude and unfriendly from the start.

Every time I try to spend the points on my loyalty card I'm either told they are not available yet or they are no longer available.I was today told I spent £9 worth of points in August 2021 which is not true as I wasn't even in the UK at the time.The reward service I suspect designed to obtain customer details and analyse shopping trends but H&B does its absolute best preventing customers spending their rewards.I have contacted the customer service again for explanation as I I did in January. In January they offered me £3 which I learnt today I have already spent. All January when I asked if I can use it I was told it's not available and now I'm told I spent it.Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Good selection and very willing & helpful staff! Every so often there are good offers. The loyalty scheme is encouraged and provides vouchers.

I started using Jacob Hooy cbd oil a while ago.I once had a bottle which appeared to have a non infused, generic oil, so I went back to the shop and the 'manager', a female staff, swapped it no probs.A few months later I had the same problem with another bottle, so, seeing that it costs £50 a pop, I went back to the shop to swap it once more, with the realisation that I wouldn't purchase the same product again.As I was presenting my disservice to the same 'manager', she straight away accused me of foul play, declaring that she would not swap my faulty product a second time, because and I quote: "you are trying THIS again".As I despised that allegation, and while in shock, as I was at the sheer disgusting behaviour of this clearly poorly educated subject, I tried to explain how inappropriate her comments were, asking her what she meant by 'THIS'. She just disappeared in the back of the shop.The skinny female staff with glasses, usually very nice and informative, denied having heard her manager's accusations, despite at the time standing right next to her. Anyhow I have no hard feelings towards her, as she seems a nice enough person.I then contacted customer service repeatedly, which was a laughable disgrace.No response for a while and, eventually, a template response from another genius who didn't know her bottom from her elbow.She offered me a £10 voucher which I naturally found simply offensive, while I was trying to explain to her that no voucher could or would ever be appropriate for the insults received and that the matter should be looked into by someone who is very much not her, but I had no more replies, so thank you very much for yet again another example of true professionalism.No point trying to go to the Hammersmith branch either, where there is an asian female staff who behaves like Mrs Bucket (not Bouquet) while being too posh for her own good and still unaccountably a shop assistant while pushing 40.Naturally, between dumb, dumber and just idiotic, I took my points card with another £15 worth of points and chucked it in the bin.Best benefit I got out of that shop, whole chain included.Never again.
