Hot Chocolates are amazing here especially salted caramel hot chocolate but the attitude of the barista will ruin the the pleasure and atmosphere of sipping your nice yummy hot chocolate in store.I would rate 0/5 solely for the male barista for his sick attitude in serving the guest.For overall for Hot Chocolat I would always give 5 star.

Sold me a box of chocolates for £40 that were £15 in their online shop. Didn't give me a receipt and their customer service team won't engage if you don't have a receipt.Absolute rip off. Con artists.----------In response to their reply, I have contacted Hotel Chocolat and have been given a 'thanks for your comments' bland response.My original statement stands - absolute rip off merchants.
