I have never been to a lush store before, but after today I will! Lena who was at the till was lovely! They cut the soap perfectly! They had an amazing Barbie tattoo as well!10/10, if I come back to London I will definitely stop by again!

Came in today and was helped by Livy. She’s an absolute gem and was so helpful. I’ve never come across a lush employee so knowledgeable. She knows so much and told me she’s been working at lush for about 7 years. She should be promoted!
