Really helpful staff who dealt with my queries to the fullest extent. They tried extra hard to explain situations and provided me with a personally tailored customer service experience. A very polite lady here (perhaps the manager) explained some products available to me very openly (pros and cons) with no hard sell. I feel satisfied that I could trust them to help me make sensible choices for any investment. They were honest even about the things they wouldn't be able to help with immediately but persevered to achieve an appropriate and satisfactory solution.

I?ve popped in twice maybe 3 times. The service has been good/acceptable. Very limited open counters. You can cash in using the outside machine but not the inside machine?! The staff at first glance look a little unhappy/grumpy. Once once you speak to them they seem okay. The young man behind the counter is very friendly. 4/5 stars easy if it weren?t so rundown and unmaintained. I can honestly say it looks like a rundown dump, both on the outside and inside. It?s a little shocking; it?s a bank after all and not a post office in a deprived area. I would love an explanation on why the bank looks the way it is. I bring your attention to the dirty walls the badly placed posters with double sided tape as well as the tape residue from removed posters? the place at the least needs a paint job; and it looks unbelievably messy behind the counter when you peak over. Again the service was good but I strongly believe it is down to the staff and or management to do something about how the actual bank looks/feels. No matter the weather outside - you could be in Marbella with a winning lottery ticket, the moment you step foot in that bank you?re immediately slapped with depression! My god this place is DULL. Maybe switch the lighting to cool white or something. By the way bank or building society or whatever you want to call it I?m sure you can find the money to give that place a good scrub; if it?s not for the customers it should be for you the staff/management, I can?t imagine how you stay motivated! Thank you.

The worse customer service, shepherd's Bush Green new staff his so lazy and don't know how to work, the clients don't deserve, I b 45 minutes to book one appointment for my nephew ridiculous

Great service, never a problem, been a customer for 38 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There can be queues at times, but the staff are efficient and professional. It needs to be taken into consideration where the branch is, and how busy Shepherds Bush has become, before anyone complains about anything. Taking all of this into account (no pun intended), they do a great job. A long term customer, and will continue to be.
