Nice clothes. Lovely jacket I bought my daughter, but the staff were trying to force me to give my email address. Firstly the lady was very polite and I appreciated the fact she packed the jacket very neatly into the bag. If a customer does not want to give their email address please do not try and force them. It is not a condition of sale to give your email address. Even if you are trying to stop paper receipts, please advise customers this before they purchase or place a sign in the window. Again please remind staff not to try and harass customers into giving their personal details. I can only imagine the supervisor or Manager has told their staff to try and get as many email addresses as possible so you can sell data on to larger corporations....... It was quite embarrassing as I had gone back and forth with the lady on the counter and held up the queue simply because I refused to give my email address and was informed that paper receipts were only for those people who don't have email addresses and so of course I then said 'I don't have an email address' to which it went back and forth again. Lol all I'm saying is stop forcing people and let your customers decide

Poor excuse of customer service.Tried to buy a coat clearly labelled at a discounted price, so were all other sizes of the exact same coat and 25% off signs seen all around the coat section! To only be told they would not honour the price on the item! Called over who I can only assume was the manager absolutely appalling customer service no apologies, disregarded me completely. Extremely rude! She should absolutely not be working in customer service.Telling me the sale was over and she wouldn?t honour the price.Left without the coat.Only to get 25% off online anyway ? lost out on a £50 sale. DO BETTERToday around 4pm.

A derelict and poorly kept store. Despite a huge queue, multiple staff on shift with nothing to do, they only had two rolls open. The shoes upstairs are left in taped packaging so you can?t even see the full range of stock they have.

Good, But Room for ImprovementRating: ???I recently visited New Look and found the experience to be satisfactory, but not exceptional. The store has a decent selection of trendy and fashionable items that cater to a variety of styles. However, I believe there is room for improvement.One area that could use enhancement is the customer service. While the staff was generally helpful, there were instances where I felt the service could have been more attentive and responsive. A more customer-centric approach would significantly improve the shopping experience.Additionally, I noticed that the stock doesn't change very often. It would be great to see more frequent updates to the collection, allowing for a wider range of choices and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.In conclusion, my experience at New Look was good but fell short of great. With some improvements in customer service and stock rotation, I believe it could become an excellent shopping destination. Looking forward to seeing these changes in the future.

If I could rate them lower I would! Has to have been my worst experience to date.A simple exchange of an item previously purchased costing £18 for something costing £22 cost me £44 in total and a great deal of stress trying to resolve.The exchange was not put through instead he charged me for the item I was returning and for the item I was exchanging it for, I did not notice until after the transaction.It then took me 3 members of staff and over 30 minutes to get them to understand that I should only have paid the difference of £4 and they incorrectly charged me an additional £40. The store manager even told me she may not be able to refund the full £40 although we got there in the end. Horrific ordeal!

New look westfield sheperds bush. What this vile disgusting man did Due to his behaviour I've not stepped foot in a new look since then. Its been 9 months plus almost and nor have I purchased anything either from any new look. The sales man behind till was a disgusting person who took my phone to see my recipes proceeded to cough and wipe his hand som his face and touch my phone. I made a complaint and nothing was ever done. Disgusting people. They allow this in the stores... they don't care about people's property clearly.

Went to pick up an online purchase at the store . That was an easy and efficient service but after trying out the dress my daughter did not want it so I went to the till to return it .The queue was extremely long with only one cashier doing returns The young lady at the till said there was a change in returns policy and I should first obtain a QR code . After trying a few times to get the QR code on my phone it was not working . The lady continued to serve other customers whilst I tried in vain to repeatedly input my details to get a code. After a few tries I told her I could not get the code and I asked if maybe the problem was that I had only just picked up the item . She said yes that could be it as it may take 2 hrs to sync with the system . Anyway she calls a more senior colleague , the manager , I presume who l rudely barks out - well it should work you must be entering your details incorrectly so I cannot help you and she leaves the junior cashier with me and walks off. As no one was able to offer me a solution , I had to walk away . I continued shopping in the mall and 2 hrs later I tried to get the code , it worked so I went back and returned the item . I would advise to stay away from this store as staff are not trained , the manager is clueless and earning a managers salary despite her lack of customer service skills . I visited on a Sunday at about 12pm - will never go back there again

The lady who worked in the store is so rude. She just wanna pass the work to other coworkers, so we have to go to counter all the way down for some help.

Waited 30 minutes in the queue, no ventilation, with only 2 check outs open. Not a responsive retail strategy despite the queue growing longer, one till clogged with a time waster and no staff wanted to go on the spare tills. Lazy staff members. Drove 20 miles home only to discover they left a security tag on one item. Worst shopping experience. Westfield New Look?..served by Alvine

Long queue at the checkouts. Loads of tills but only 2 staff serving on a Saturday. No apology for wait. Cashier couldn't be bothered to greet me or make any conversation. When I got home I realised I had been overcharged. Overall very disappointed
