Really like this venue, been twice now for a music concert (sound was amazing) and comedy show. Managed to get parking not too far away. Bar service was pretty swift. (Mens) toilets were good and didn't have to wait. Marked down because of how they make you exit, it took ages (luckily people were respectable and didn't push). I would go back.

Very nice venue, not too big, meaning that you can see the artists from not too far. Great atmosphere. Drinks a bit too pricy. Easy to get to. Would like to see more artists there.

I absolutely LOVED this venue! Intimate, but still big enough that you felt you were getting a proper show! Didn't have to queue too long, very simple to get in, staff all friendly and nice and the main act was incredible! In fact my whole rating is likely because Chlöe was so sick lol... never actually went to the bar or the bathroom so can't speak on those! Amazinggggg night!

The venue itself is great. First venue i've been in with air con at front by the stage. This was a bonus as at rock/metal gigs it gets very hot.Downside is they have worst priority queue system of all the 02 venues ive been in.The point of priority queue is so you dont have to be in main queue for hours. Yet i was made to join main queue and then they would ask people if they had priority. Then when doors opened they let the main queue in at same time as priority which seems pointless to me. So my advice is even if you have priority get there early. Bars i cant comment on as i never buy drinks at venues. Front of stage security handing out water during show as in most other venues ive been in.All in all a good venue for a live music show

Attend The Lords of The Lost at the Shepherds Bush Empire as i am on Crutches i was a bit worried about access but when i got there staff were incredibly helpful and at the box office they gave me a wristband so that i could access the seating upstairs which waw right at the front on the balcony above with excellent views of the stage that said i Don't know if they have lifts here so hard to say how difficult it would be for tjose in wheelchairs but the staff were incredibly helpful and i am sure they probably have things in place to aid them i have added a few photos of the view from the seating i was in

Saw Harry Mack here on 10th Sep. Good venue, friendly staff, decent bar. Acoustics aren?t great in the higher tiers, not so sure about the ground level. Seating up top is a bit too low (even for some tall like me) to clearly see the stage without leaning forward. (Harry?s show was amazing though)

Such a beautiful venue! They have incredible aircon and the gig I went to was in the middle of a heat wave so you know it?s special aircon because British heat is no joke haha.Would highly recommend this space for gigs. Plenty of seated options and great space for standing. I went to a country gig so it was really good vibes and I was near the front. They hand water out to people at the front who don?t want to move during the performance which is great because everyone stays hydrated. They also have plenty of bar space and I waited about 3 minutes to get served. Honestly such an efficient space. Can?t wait to go to another show here. Will keep an eye out for my fave performers for sure.

Great venue. Very atmospheric. You don't get seat reservations it's first come first served. Bar was reasonable. Staff were great at the venue. The band was phenomenal and I am glad I got to see them at this scale. Most venues these days can be too big. Haim were fantastic. The sound was great. You could hear every instrument on the stage with clarity and dynamics. I was seated at the front of tier 3. Harder seats than tier 2. Ground floor is standing.

For Indigo Girls August 24, 2023:The performance was spectacular, but the inside venue staff was a disappointing shit show! They seemed unprofessional, & were completely out of line with how outside security had prepped us for how the doors opening process would be for the 02 line que. I was in line at 14:00, five hours before the listed doors time. My friends & I were the first people there & began the regular line.Security then informed us the 02 que line would be admitted first before the regular standing general admiss in ion line, so two groups of us changed to that line as we had 02 phone verification. What we had been told & how security organized us, never happened & at 19:03 all the doors opened at once. We never would've switched lines had we known. We should've been at the center of the very front inside the venue but instead were off to the sides because the standing GA line had a more direct path to the stairs & got down before we could. It is massively unacceptable that this happened! When I asked an inside security supervisor about it, she told me "we always open all the doors at the same time". I hope this review gets to someone with the power to influence the entire 02 Shepards Bush staff, inside & out, about how terrible their lack of internal communication at this otherwise marvelous event was!!

O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire is a historic music venue in West London. It was originally built in 1903 as a music hall, and has hosted some of the biggest names in music over the years, including Charlie Chaplin, The Beatles, and David Bowie. The venue has a capacity of 2,000, and can be configured for either standing or seated events. The standing area is on the ground floor, and there are two levels of seating: the first level is slightly raised, and the second level is in the balconies. The acoustics at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire are generally considered to be good, although some people have complained that the sound can be a bit muddy in the standing area. The atmosphere at the venue is always electric, and the crowd is usually very enthusiastic.

The location is nice, a few steps from Shepherds Bush Westfield, so you have parking and restaurants nearby. The place is ok, with room for improvement for services and facilities. We went for a concert, and the artist was great, but the organisation wasn't as good.

One of my favourite venues for concerts. I saw TV Girl back in November 2022. Staff are really lovely and direct, security and ticket handling was fast and easy. I managed to get barrier for the show! There was a tiny bit of pushing in the crowd, but nothing too bad at the front.

Came here to see Bad Boy Chiller Crew. Getting in was extremely quick and the crowd wasn?t too packed (not sure what it is normally like). The venue was smaller than I thought it would be and the speakers were a little quiet I felt. Drinks were expectedly expensive. The toilets weren?t in the worst shape but expectedly not great.
