The old man behind the counter (70+) is the rudest most unhelpful, most patronising person I have ever met at a post office. It’s not even the 1st time! He needs to retire and make space for helpful people/anybody else. Told me not to use Royal Mail anymore after I told him the site was rubbish and had not worked for... read full comment

This branch encourages you to use the online machines and then tell you to wait in line so they can accept the parcel.Young woman who has the most sullen attitude of anyone I've met needs to be trained in customer service.Go elsewhere if you can!
