Came to pick up my Ervi parcel on Saturday 17:00 and was literally denied. I paid for something and wasn?t even able to collect it because ?nobody is available?? Makes no sense. They were able to accept it from the courier a few hours ago but not able to give it to me because of a reason that is not my problem.Will be finding an email to report to someone higher up as this is unacceptable. I paid for something and cannot even get what I paid for?Do NOT pick up your parcels from this store!! They literally deny you and won?t give you what you paid for.

The fact that this place feels the need to close while a delivery is made is ridiculous. Have the deliveries either very early morning or late at night

Evri system is never working!!! And they don't even try to fix it, for some reason they just tell you to come the next day and it magically then works. I'm sure they are just lying and being lazy.

This tesco sucks! They are always randomly closed during the middle of the day for made up excuses and awful for Evri pick up. Don?t use!!!!

I came to buy some small bits and they told me at 11.28am that they're closed... because they have a delivery, so they shut the whole shop down for an hour. Quite annoying

The shop is often not open when its supposed to be. Closing early, closing for lunch, sometimes just not open at all. They're clearly understaffed.

Worst tesco ever been to.Self service machines scanning twice the same product !!! After I paid and was about to leave the store rude security guy aggressively said that I didn' t pay .He slander me in front of other people .False accusation is criminal offence !!!I spoke with other customers and It wasn ' t first time things like that happened at this tesco .I understand we have high inflation but it hits everyone not only big companies.Do they really think that customer will pay twice for the same thing?I will contact head office about the issue.If there will be no response or nothing will change I will take further steps including informing about this issue : tv and newspapers .

Not a good "express shop" it is blatantly obvious it is too small yet it is merchandised as if it was a shop a third bigger. Everything is squashed in meaning it always looks messy. It is also a bit grubby and not well lit.Tesco needs to increase the size of the unit but I have a feeling they have got a good rent or something to be here so long and looking the way it does.

I work in the bus company next to this Tesco and buy meal deal always prawn salad it use to come with plastic fork in old times.Suddenly Tesco decided to remove the plastic fork and offer wooden fork which left next to one of the till which collects dust and dirt.At least I could take it and wash it before use.This brunch don't even keep the fork.And when I ask the staff I was told to eat the prawn salad with my hand ?Meal deal means eat on the goIf the management ordering stock they should order forks for the amount of ready meal that they sale.Not Tesco fault bad managementFollow upI purchased prawn salad on Sunday 15/Oct/22 and I was pleased to see they had fork in the bag and the cashier gave me one fork in a very hygiene manner.Thank you.
