I visited this place and honestly from the sheer arrogance from the supervisor to the rudeness of the store assistant I have come to the conclusion that I need to start looking for better offers. I was sent there to get my issue resolved by their on the phone support agent but yet Im still not close to having achieved that. Do better three.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACT, MOBILE PHONE OR OTHERWISE. BEEN LIED TO, GROSSLY OVERCHARGED , NO INTERNET SIGNAL EVER, & V POOR PHONE SIGNAL.Called 13 times- it is enough to drive you insane - their strategy, take so much time they customer gives up. FOR MOBILE CONTRACT . My 5 G HUB STOPPED WORKING . SPENT WHOLE AFTERNOON AT THREE STORE . Got new one, got home, didn?t work. Went back to is store . They said ? it?s not their fault?? I left the old hub there & the new one & cancelled direct debit . They pleaded w me to spend yet more time cancelling .. ? you can?t just walk out without cancelling ?.? watch me ? I saidAll for the princely sum of to £75 per month ( they charge what they like and cut you off if you don?t pay) ? have NO home internet now on phone or otherwise. But for the best AS I HAVE TO RID MY LIFE OF THESE EVIL CORPORATION. They have treated me inhumanely? just because I?m not technicalYou live & learn

Went in the shop during last weekend , 3 staff all standing around chatting approached them , told them i had an issue as i had changed to a business contract with them and one of the contracts had not been cancelled correctly . They basically said not their problem , and i should phone , Not can we help , can we put you on the phone ? nothing . totally unhelpful . I know they are just there to sell you something , but zero regard for client service . i have a business contract with three , and will be reviewing it when the contract expire, the manager has complete lack of understanding , very disappointing.

One of my dearest friend(Avish Joshi) had this experience in three store and still the issue hasn?t solved:I had a miserable experience at Three store westfield, shepherd's bush. On 28th of june i made a contract to buy an iphone, the store assistant did my credit check, which was successful, so i proceeded further by paying the down payment after which they handed me the new phone. I received the mail of confirmation and the receipt. After that, i asked to top up with the insurance and they tried adding it. But the acting assistant manager at that time said that it was closing time (the time at the moment was 4:45 pm) and asked me to come on some other day. So i went back on 4th july to get the insurance added. And this terrible sales guy named kamil was appointed to me, after few minutes he asked whether i brought my phone along with me. As i had the phone with the case which i didnt opened yet, he took it, checked everything and kept it with him, later he tells me that there was a system error and my application was not passed and then he took away the phone from me. He then asks me to re apply for the contract. In which scenario it would be certain that the credit check would fail since i would be doing it twice in same week and ultimately affect my credit score. When i asked for solution, they handed me the call with customer care, after talking for a while the girl on the call tells me that she cannot help with anything since it was the store's mistake and it's their issue. And the store guys including the manager tells me that even they cannot do anything since its the system's issue of Three company and they went on to attend other customers leaving me on my own. It was a horrible experience and until now neither my down payment is refunded nor i have been given with any solution. I suffered a huge loss as i promised my brother to gift the phone on his birthday. But it is a complete mess up now. Terrible service. When i go to a big brand like Three, we put our trust on them and are assured that reliable service would be delivered and this is what they do and nobody gives any concern about it. Now if this is not solved on an urgent basis in few days I have to go the consumer grievance and take any possible action that i can. This has really affected me a lot since the beginning of the matter.

My experience was really a nightmare for over 6 months, but the only reason why I leave you 5 stars is one, and his name is AARON, the current assistant manager!My experience in this shop has been incredibly negative and stressful, and it started in December 2022.I went to this shop to request an update of my contract..unfortunately I was served by a sales assistant who made my life and my credit score hell, for 6 months!!!The guy in question activated the new contract without deactivating the previous one, and I found myself being charged 2 direct debits to my bank account.As soon as I noticed what happened, I went back to the usual sales assistant asking for explanations, who advises me to cancel the previous direct debit and to leave only the current one and he assure me that he would immediately proceed to close the previous account (which he had not closed previously) ....and from here, hell begins!In the following months, my account was forwarded to a debit collection agency, as it appeared that I was not paying the account THAT WAS STILL ACTIVE AND THAT GUY, FOR THE SECOND TIME, HAD NOT CLOSED!I went countless times to the shop to request help and a solution, where no one was able to give me a service or help, and in April 2023, I found myself forced to pay £96.96 for an error not mine to close the file that was already in the hands of the debt collection agency.I went to the store AGAIN... I ask for 3 days to speak to the Store Manager who never showed up and, indeed, refused to speak to me about my case, because he/she was always busy, on the back of the store!I was then assisted by a normal sales assistant, who closes the account in question WHICH WAS STILL OPEN!In June 2023, I am contacted again by the debt agency, and I was informed that the famous account has been protested again because they demanded that I pay another £98, for the months that none of the staff assisted me or proceeded to close the famous account! EXHAUSTED, and with my credit score dented by -202 points, I went to the shop again today... and finally, the magic happens!!Aaron, the assistant manager, recognizes me, and surprised by everything that was still happening to me with the Three company and this case in particular, he arms himself with great patience, and with incredible professionalism, we start again together to reconstruct in detail all the steps of the my mishap, and proceeded to contact customer service, explaining in detail what had happened, and did not abandon my case until the solution was finally approved and successfully registered, and my case was canceled to debt agency's collection!I leave this experience so detailed, because the company should really reward people like Aaron who make the customer service unique and impeccable, unlike the others who have left me alone in this massive problem, where the only advice received up to now was to fill by myself an online protest form, without provide me with any helpful details.Aaron is an added benefit to the Three Company and an excellence in that shop!NB: in all this endless chaos, I have not yet had the pleasure of ever personally seeing the Store Manager...

Romina was incredibly helpful, she did her absolute best to work with me to get the best deal possible given my circumstances. I was at the store for a long time and not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience despite how late in the evening it was. Both her and Aaron made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The whole store had a great energy, I got the vibe that it?s a team that get along really well and it creates a really relaxing atmosphere. I cannot thank Romina and Aaron enough for their service.
