“Purchased a few toys over the weekend for my daughter, one of the toys was faulty and when I called on Monday spoke to the manager called Conor who straight away offers me a refund or a replacement, when I came into store I was dealt very efficiently, the staff including Conor was Fantastic, very friend and polite, customer service was outstanding, I would highly recommend this store in Westfield”
