Horrible service. I came twice to the store today for an upgrade that i was unable to complete online for some reason. went to the store for assistance and they were extremely rude about helping and then tell me that it is a 30 min waiting time and then after that 1 hour waiting.

Wemt into the white city westfield Vodaphone shop, to look at changing phone provider, Hibba served me, she was very professional and helpful, her product knowledge was very good, dis not feel pressurised into changing providers, gave me time to think about it, we all her help and advice, I have now changed providers and are now with Vodaphone, this is all down to Hibba.

Chodi, the rep who helped me at the Westfield mall, is a star and could not have been more helpful in assisting me with a couple of problems that required assistance with corporate customer service. Could not appreciate him more.

I was at Westfield Vodafone store today and was served by Hibba who was super helpful and patient with my requests. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and ensured that we got the help that we requested, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can?t recommend her enough for higher roles within the company.

Fabulous customer service from a really pleasant team. I dealt with a lady named Hibba who listened to my requirements and came up with the perfect upgrade option. The plan I was offered has also saved me around £20 per month. Superb, friendly service from start to finish.

I would leave zero stars if i could, i had gone in to solve and issue with my internet but when i had gone in the greeter/welcomer (murad) had told me that it will be a 30 minute wait to see someone and then offered me a spot within a minute which i found unusual. I was then sat down with a rude member of staff named Hibba, she displayed horrible customer service with minimal care to my issue even brushing it off as they cant help me with it which i later found that that they could help through another member of staff which was helpful. I was then being kicked out for speaking my native language (arabic), this has led me and my sister who was with me at the time to cancel our plans with them as we don?t support a company who treats their long time customers like this. Certain staff need to be changed as it was an unnecessary and avoidable bad experience which could of been replaced with staff who are engaged and care to help you.

Very very worst experience. We can order sim and iPhone 14 pro max. everything done we can do contract and payment everything done. After that we can see their staff doing mistake for my address so next day we can go their and talk with them. We can say them to change our address but didn?t and without asking they can do cancel our contract.
