I absolutely LOVE this store! I stop by anytime I'm in London! They had a great Christmas sale that offered popular teas and things at great prices! My dollars went very far. I was very pleased with my purchases! Plus, they have free samples of their teas & hot cocoa. The staff were very warm and took the time to answer all my questions. They really seemed to enjoy their job! =)

Of course the teas and hot chocolates are great, they make lovely gifts! I've only visited a handful of times but every time the staff are just really great! Warm, friendly and helpful, they deserve special mention!

Staff member called Randa was super helpful in recommending teas to us! In the end she helped us pick a gorgeous gift set for a friends 50th bday gift. Shop was calm and quiet and we also tried some free samples of yummy fruit teas and hot chocolate in the store which was fun.
