We are regular customers and are well looked after by the staff. If we have any issues they are always helpful. Often our drinks are ready before we get to drinks counter.

Served a cake so hard and dried out I brought it back and asked for a refund. Sandwich was supposed to be heated, it was warm around the edges. I would avoid.
