Claimed they delivered a parcel but never did. Don't take photos of deliveries even though they say they do. Awful service. Customer service refuse to acknowledge anything and pass the buck. One of the worst delivery companies you can use.

Very rude and aggressive staff in charge. Constant failures to deliver my parcels are somehow my fault, despite their incompetence. Would rate 0 stars if I could, avoid at all costs

Went to collect a package which I had arranged for redelivery not realising what the item was. Prior to attending the office was on the phone for 30 mins before they cut me off, posted on twitter, basically impossible to speak to a human being. Saw on on the website that I could pick up package 2 days before redelivery from the collection office - there was no mention that i had to let the office know.Eventually the package was brought out by a lovely woman, who apologised for the delay, a rude man with long hair piped up in a very rude, aggressive tone that I should have told the counter that it was a redelivery, perhaps its a question that needs to be asked in the first place or advertised at the counter.Did not even going into the fact that the postman did not knock and was in went the card was left.Would have given 0 for the service, but the woman at the counter was lovely and as a result gets 2 stars.

Get next day delivery, delayed due to strike action. Then find the place closes at 10am on a Friday what a shambles of a service. How am I supposed to collect goods after work when it closes well before I finish

Terrible service and lie after lie!, promised delivery yesterday between 9.30am - 12pm. No delivery and no communicatiom, called 3times to track and was promised delivery, same when called today and still nothing. Sat on hold for half hour everytime to just be told it will deffinatly arrive today! This has ruimed a birthday as its a main present!

An outright lie by Purley DO Royal Mail today when 'hard-to-currently-get' lateral flow test package was to be delivered. Nobody turned up at all. My study overlooks the front porch and the driveway and I have been working from home. Our front door camera also is the witness of nobody arriving at all. But I was notified by Royal Mail that they attempted to deliver the package at 11:23am and the address was inaccessible. Having lived here for over 10 years, the accessibility to this house was never an issue by any previous deliveries from Royal Mail or any delivery for that matter e.g. groceries or amazon etc.

There has been a truly horrendous level of service over the last year with particularly bad delays over Christmas 2021. We all appreciate the circumstances re the pandemic and staff shortages, but with weeks and weeks' worth of delays consistently and at different times during this last year, surely the matter needs investigating and sorting out.
