Terrible service, poor hygiene, they touch the food without gloves and if you claim that they touched your food, they get angry

The place is good and the food is delicious, but the branch needs some cleaning in the seating areas and the drinks table. They looked disgusting!

Didn’t get my order right, when I brought this issue up at the counter, I had the burger taken from me and a replacement given after being interrogated on what was wrong with it. No apology or smile at all. Fries had no flavour either, generally just really incompetent and need some teaching on common sense.
