I popped in for 'convenience'. It was a busy time, but rather than open a second till to keep waiting time reasonable, the bloke was more interested in telling a customer where to stand at the till!?! Prices seem higher too + long wait + no idea of customer service = reminded me why usually I go to one of the other options available.
