This is the worst Co op!! Never answered the phone!! Called 15 times this evening to get them to substitute my white loaf with any white bread that they had!! So looks like I cannot make a sandwich as the most important part was out of stock!! But still on the menu online. How you not answer the phone?? I want to give this store -0 stars!!!

Just wanted to share my experience from today at your store. I just popped in for a quick shop with my 2 years old, he was very moody and started nearly to cry when we were waiting in the queue. The lady at the till was serving an other customer but when she heard that my son was about to cry straight away she reacted, she gave him some paper cocomelon toys which made my baby so happy straight away.These kind of little things make such a big difference, she really went that extra mile to make customers happy & help a struggling mum. I just want to say thank you again for her kindness.

Convenient store nearby to grab essentials, new blonde girl (I believe her name was Nora) extremely helpful and introduced me to co-op membership which I hadn?t previously been asked about! Really lovely worker

Not Covid safe atall. Staff member no mask in sight and another member with a mask on his chin. No one seems to care about people's safety atall.

I called regarding missing items in my delivery and spoke to someone called Tua a team leader, he was the most unprofessional and rudest person I?ve even spoken to in coop, spoke absolute rubbish and was 0 helpful. He definitely needs to be trained on customer service otherwise I will most certainly not be the last unhappy customer and reconsidering doing my orders with coop in the future.

Not good, they are allowing people to shop in couples despite that not being allowed in the current pandemic and they are allowing people to not obey the 2 metre distance and even the staff themselves don?t show any respect for the 2 metres distance at any time. Disgusting and dangerous in times like these. Would advise everyone to avoid this place

Would it hurt to have one of your staff pick up the mountains of cash machine receipts from outside a few times a day ? (Or empty the bin on occasion?) Most shops on George Lane are trying to maintain a nice high street feel, yet the rubbish build up from Coop is making the area look like a dump. (Staff told me it's not their responsibility.)
