Our recent encounter with them was nothing short of exceptional customer service.Craig was brilliant throughout every part of the process and his colleague Mohammad was also really helpful. We got really good advice from them about all elements of our project, and they helped us select the right tiles for our bathroom which was a slightly complicated project with a number of requirements. They ended up needing to make a special order for one component which is being delivered from another store, and Craig went to great lengths to secure these tiles and even ensuring the batches/boxes matched.We were able to take home most of the tiles, some carefully selected tile edging trim and grout all of which are perfect. Craig even brought the tiles to the car for us.It was also a hot day and I am nearly 8 months pregnant and not feeling amazing, and they even fetched me a chair and some cold water so we could finish our order there and then. The kindness was especially appreciated!With Craig and Mohammad in charge it is abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is the top priority. What amazing customer service, we will always go to Topps Tiles in Southall from now on.”

Spoke with a staff member who was unable to provide any customer support.Wondered around the warehouse looking for the items and calculating the dimensions.I then came across a gentlemen staff member called Mark. A total testimony to Selco. Very knowledgeable about building materials and also demonstrated a willing to provide customer support. As such I purchased a few items on the day and have made a follow up high ticket purchase.Retaining staff members with knowledge is vital for any business and or service area.A lot of the onsite staff need training on the rudimentals.Grateful for Marks insight and assistance.Regards.”

“i am a project manager and mostly i deal with lots of kitchens, doors, floor coverings etc...most of the time it is a nightmare...In this shop there is a guy called "RICHARD". thin & kind bloke with lots of patience.....go directly to him and say all your problems + what you want. he will sort you out %100. after the purchase; he tracks it as well. calls, asks if any missing item..or if something went wrong. i have taken projects very far from southall branch but i still do call this man to sort my issues...its a good shop with good guys in it. good luck with your project...”

“A very popular clothing and homewares store. This branch is larger than many others I have been to. Friendly staff, disabled access, disabled parking and plenty of parking available on an estate with many other large department stores and DIY stores. The store was clean, well stocked clothing and homeware items. Men, Women and children's clothing, shoes for all and at a reasonable cost.”
