Simply horrible experience dealing with this bank. All their call centres are based in India where the reps don't understand your situation and keep asking things and documents which are not even valid in UK. They are inconsiderate and unhelpful, i am in desperate need of funds and can't avail my own money kept in this bank. Formal procedures to log a complaint are lengthy and time consuming and the customer service team is useless, waste of time. Stay away from any kind of investing with this bank or even opening account here. Based in UK but operating as per Indian procedures and practises.

When I opened my account I used the Harrow branch and it took three visits to get to see someone.Today I visited the Southall branch and received 5 star service from Girish, who was totally amazing. Everything was completed and he was efficient and patient.Thanks very much.

ICICI Bank in Southall was very helpful in helping me to retrieve my money from NRO account in India. Laxmi especially very helpful in filling all the forms and advising us about the whole process and calling me after the process had completed. I am very pleased with the service Laxmi provided us. Bank not accepting 2000 Rupee notes that were withdrawn from their own bank in India after the uneducated gujju idiotic Prime minister declared them unacceptable. Wats the point of a bank when they don't accept their own currency. Horrible banking

DO NOT USE. We called main office to check what documents they needed. This branch refused ID we brought even though we followed instructions from phone line. We had wasted 80 mile round trip drive and 3hrs of our time. Avoid at all costs. Staff acted as if it was our fault and not apologetic at all.

Went to open my NRE/NRO account in the Southall branch in London and Mr. Abhinav helped me to open the account within an hour of time and the account got activated within 5 business days with all the details updated. He was so kind in providing with his number to contact him anytime whenever I need any clarity. (This is not any normal review where staffs ask to put their names to appreciate them. This is posted out of my own satisfaction with the employee's work and dedication)

I tried to open my bank account online and it's been more than two months nobody from bank has replied me back. ICICI bank has same service in UK as they provide in India.
