Worst customer dealing . Owner she don?t know how to do deal with customer . She done my sister bridal make up after 1 hr she got some patches on face and we called her she said i don?t have time to fix it. Worst experience

I went here yesterday. They were getting ready to close so eventually agreed to do my eye brows. The woman who did totally messed them up. I asked her to tell her friend who was more of an except from the looks of it to to rescue and she manage to just about but I have these sort of gaps in both. Really upset don?t go here.

The party at our home. Guys don?t go in this salon, i have very bad experience. The owner told us day before coming 3 clock ,we went on time in two hours they did hair stylists not makeup. When we asking makeup how long you done the staff told us owner didn?t pic the call and then we went at home without makeup after 2and half waiting. And then we have no option to do something. We ready by self. Only staff is good. But overall this is very bad experience in our whole life. If you book this saloon first ask you ready on time or not but always you take backup another parlour.

I went there yesterday for a full face threading. he price list which was displayed at the front counter which quoted £8 for full face. However after treatment they charged me £15. I questioned this and they told me the price list was pre covid .so almost double . Trading standards deem this illegal. Disgraceful,
