The new old gentlemen is really kind and his customer service is really good, I went there near the closing time but he was really kind and helped me send the parcel although it was time for the post office to close~!

I dread going here every time.One of the worst I've been to, and makes me go out of my way to use evri, yodel etc at all costs (Which are actually MUCH cheaper unless you require contents insurance over a certain amount). Service like this is why Royal Mail is going down the pan.incredibly SLOW, drawn out service and rude. Always a long queue & always only one person serving even though there are two serving points.Always taking personal calls and making you wait longer too. Needs new management.

I wish I had read the other reviews before coming to this place.The 2 men selling in the shop and older lady in the post office are not nice at all.They had 2 sellotape rolls opened on the counter, and I needed a tiny bit to secure a letter that I was going to post.They reused to give me a tiny bit and asked me to buy a roll from their shop.To make things worse, I was unable to pay by card as the minimum payment was £2. It was a rainy day, I was in a rush and I had to go back to my car to get money.Where has humanity gone ? Is the greed of making a buck take all of their senses ? One of the men was even shouting that they were not a charity shop !!!!I help people every day, and I go out of my ways to help and to be treated like that is saddening.PS- the reply from the owner contains a lot of inaccurate facts. They also said that I have asked the post office worker to pack my parcel.This is another lie and proof of their character. I would never do that. I do not expect anyone to pack my parcel. All I wanted was a bit of sellotape from an open roll that was on the counter. ???

Baddest experience of my life. My UK driving licence didn't come because of the staff. Even they didn't apologize for their mistake.
