Never use Royal Mail or the post office.My parcel does not show tracking update, no confirmation when it is delivered. I have to go to the post office praying for it is delivered already.Besides, the post office charge me additional fee for collection. That?s nonsense! I?ve already paid for the postage. The reason I chose to pick up myself is to save a bit. What is the additional fee for?

Always busy! One person posting 50-70 small packages every time I go. Some kind of mail order business. Wait time about 15-20 minutes.

Erratic opening hours on Saturdays. Sometimes open sometimes closed. Need to sort out on website opening hours. I carried heavy stuff all way to found out office is closed on Saturday 11.30am.

Terrible service, poor customer service, women is so rood and angry , over priced shop.I remember 25 years ago the old owner used to own this, he was a good friend.Also no parking around the area always fighting for a car space

Refused to let me withdraw money from my card unless I bought something from his off licence. I will be taking this up with the head office as this is unacceptable and unprofessional. It clearly states that you are able to withdraw and deposit from all post offices including smaller local post offices. This is unfair and forcing people to buy things they do not want.

I was sending international parcel and i was rushed because there were people waiting. Ok people are waiting but im also a paying customer and also waited my turn. I felt uneasy being rushed and dont even know of my parcel was sent correctly. Just have to wait and see if it gets to its destination
