The staff maintained very good customer services. They are doing new series which are not available in all store of UK around 50 of the store are doing this series sandwiches. So have a try

Called before hand saying I had a bad experience with them before and asked to make sure they put all 3 condiments on my sandwich. Ended up with only 3 spinach leaves again. When I called back regarding this situation the same gentlemen answered the phone - the same one I spoke as soon as I ordered my food regarding the bad experience. Turns out he was the manager and didn?t care at all about my concern, repeatedly saying he did make the sandwich and he put a lot of condiments on it - so I decided to post a picture here.\\n\\nUnfortunately I don?t know the employees/managers name, but the order was made at 9am on a Wednesday.

Last 3 times I have ordered from here on Uber eats (within a week) I have had either missing items or wrong items. I tried to call them to get this resolved but they must be allergic to the phone?.I have obviously been compensated when I reported it to Uber eats. whoever works there at subway needs to sort there eyes out. They also pack the drink in the same bag as the food so the food gets all squished and soggy.29th October 2022 I ordered at 10:43am. Received the wrong cookie and missing the drink.I would order from a different subway but this one?s halal.Update :I ordered again and they had missed 4 items from my order and the food was destroyed. Was told they would be looking at the camera to see if this was packed and have not heard back from them.
