I was waiting for a parcel, I realised the address was incorrect, so I had updated the delivery options the day before.When they delivered the parcel the day after, they didn't even check my update and just sent the package back to the sender.Also, they update me at 12.00 p.m. but the office close at 10:00 a.m. not giving me the possibility to take the parcel in person at the deposit.The day after they just told me there was nothing to do.The problem is: the parcel arrived, never left the office, and It went back to the sender, they never allowed me to take it.

Last week I went to the Royal Mail office and today also but it closed in Royal Mail website it?s showing different opening time. Wasted my money and time.

The staff here are helpful and polite. However, unfortunately I can only rate the delivery office 3 stars because it's open for only 2 hours early in the morning. I used to be able to dispatch parcels same day. Now, Royal Mail save money on staff AND charge 16p extra per item if I drop it off at a Post Office.

I been going to post office for years now and people are fxxxing cxxxs and useless and mainly Indian people working who don't understand it's just cheap labour paying them minimum wage they attitude fxxxing sucks as well I will never go to this branch again period that's the endgame for that??????????????????????

It can be hit and miss here. Make sure you have proof of address or valid ID if you are retrieving a parcel in your name.Postal service workers here need to display more customer service etiquette.

Polite service, quick parcel location...all good. I managed to lose the parcel card but still got what I wanted must take ID though!!

Yes I agree with the lady with the newborn baby. I haven't got a small baby but she's right I've pay for a cab on 3 occasions because I have a bad back and all 3 times it said that the office will close at 4 o'clock I got there long before 4 and it was closed. So I wasted a good amount of money on cab for no apparent reason. In fact I just gave the cab free money

So hard to find, went past it 3 times on my bike, not well signposted. They did have a label printing service for postage purchased online.

Let me preface this by saying I have a newborn, and getting anywhere is a mission. It says it?s open until seven, so I arrive at five and it?s shut. There?s a note stuck to the door to start it closes at four. Fine. I turn up a day later (again with the newborn - a one hour round trip). It?s 3:15 pm. Everything is shut, and not a person in sight. If I could give less than one star I would, how disrespectful of everyone else?s time and energy.
