After I booked an appointment for COVID vaccine through the NHS app for a Friday 4.45pm, I managed to be at the pharmacy on time changing my everyday routine. Arrived at the pharmacy, the desk guy told me I couldn't get the jab because the pharmacist wasn't there. I told him I had a NHS appointment but he said that didn't matter and to come back the next Wednesday (it was Friday afternoon!). He insisted that I didn't have to book a new appointment, just walking in, as the problem was the rebooking itself. Very unprofessional.

Spivack Chemist is one of the most helpful pharmacies in whole London!? Always happy to help and prices are great!I am a regular customer and highly recommended to everyone, because simply - it's the BEST. I always get advise and support from extremely friendly staff. The staff on this Chemist is Excellent" and very helpful in very Emergency Moment. i recommend anyone new to fill Comfort when shop for Spivack Chemist in Stamford Hill.

I don't normally write reviews however my experience here was excellent and the staff went above and beyond. I 100% recommend this pharmacy! The lady at the front was super friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. Also, the pharmacist Tony was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The shop was well-stocked and organised. I always try to support local business over big chain businesses whenever I can, and I'm so happy to have discovered this pharmacy.

Everybody is friendly and does a super great job. I've been using this pharmacy for years now even though i am not local, jus because they have done excellent work since day 1!Just had my flu shot last week- was very nervous as never had it before.. but the pharmacist was so soft & caring, remained calm and professional which made me trust her! worth the pain as she is stunning too! Highly professional and knowledgeable.She can council you if you have any medical concerns or product information!Keep up the good work and thank you for amazing service!

These guys are great. I go every time I need help and they are way better than any doctor. Got my covid test done here for excellent rates and got my test results back super speedily. Every time I come here I?m greeted by nice people, especially the tall guy. Would defo recommend anybody who has any medical issues or needs any advise, to come here.

Called twice for a covid test, was told to come anytime. Got there with my 75 years old mother and they were closed for lunch. The staff even refused to acknowldege us and left us in the cold for an hour. Nobody wears masks inside. Asked for a test and was given wrong info by a rude young guy who clearly didn't have a clue. Did the test in the middle of the pharmacy surrounded by a queue of people without mask. The guy who did the test didn't wear gloves or a mask (actually he didn't even bothered washing his hands). After the test he tried to overcharge me despite having asked the price three times and being next to a sign showing the correct price. Was told to come the day before travelling as the rapid test would take an hour but the same rude guy dismissed me saying i was too late and might not be ready. Had to call few times and was rudely told to wait and not call despite being 1 hour before closure and with a flight next day. Overall a horrible experience. We went for a test and i wouldn't be surprised if we got covid in there (they don't even have some sanitizer...). The only good note is the pharmacist, who is knowledgeable and polite, but the staff should really be far away from any job, let alone in a place that should be safe in this difficul times. Appalling experience
