I?ve been with Anytime Fitness for about 5 months now, and I love it, yes there are bigger gyms out there, with more equipment and probably a little cheaper too, but what makes this particular gym unique, is the feeling you get when you walk in, it?s so clean, the staff are super nice, the people at the gym are well mannered and you don?t see the usual nonsense that you find in most gyms, for example the group of guys who hog the weights, or the pervs. With this gym everyone is cool. There?s always tissues available, the showers are super clean, and you can always jump on any machine or use the weights without any issues. Plus there are a total of 4 personal trainers who are super helpful and super nice. I?ve joined many gyms in the past and after just 2 or 3 months I usually cancel, but with this one, it?s been 5 months and I have no intention of cancelling. The gym currently has promos, so I really recommend you come down and take advantage of the discounts, and see for yourself how great it is.

I joined this gym 4 months ago because I live down the street and I love it! They have just the right amount of equipment and machines to serve all your needs. The staff are also amazing and I appreciate the cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new staple gym.

I joined the gym six month ago, it is a very nice gym, staffs are so nice. And I trained with my personal trainer, Ushna, for almost five months. I gained muscle by following her diet advice and training program. I made progress both on my upper and lower body. She provided some professional advice for my training based on my physical condition and mental condition, which is really beneficial for me to balance my work and exercise. She also designed me a program for home workout, which was really helpful for me to stay active and allow my body to recover. She is a great personal trainer!!!

Me and my partner have been a member since 2021 (still COVID) and the total experience wasn?t great?.? There were promises that classes will return once restrictions due to COVID get lifted (main reason my Miss signed up with them), unfortunately this never happened. As well as staff rotation was huge and periods of no PI staff being on site at all.? There is a high number of equipment, however it is all cramped in small space leaving very little room to safely walk around, move weights, or even exercise (squat machine placed next to Power Rack, leaving about 30cm Gap on the side to manoeuvre with weight plates; Cable machine facing the walk path and in the way of toilet entrance etc.)? If you come in peaks hours, its worse than London Traffic and that?s what I haven?t experienced elsewhere. If you planned 1hr session, this will stretch to 1,5-2 hrs easy ? even if you try to substitute your planned routines? Once my End term came it wasn?t easy to cancel, as you need to give 30 day notice and your fixed term contract still will roll if you won?t provide written notice. While you in the contract, you can't cancel either...The worst business practice and unprofessional with Attitude Owner, short story:Since me and my Miss cancelled our contracts after 1,5 yrs, we moved to AF Stratford East, which was completely different positive story: plenty space, many regular classes, good music, professional staff ? hence you will even pay less for more!!!Issues happened when I relocated for work on and off for 2 months, I was moving between Old gym (saving an hour due to work travels) and East Stratford (when Home), so I was moving equal amount between two gyms those 2 months. However since my last gym visit before my holidays, there were +1 visits more in the old gym (7 ? new ; 8 ? old) and I was off for 2 weeks.Only to get charged my monthly DD at higher rate and getting email same day that I have been automatically transferred to the OLD GYM!Old gym Owner's reasoning was ? I attended his gym more times than the other one and he was in his right to do so.It took me another 2 weeks trying to sort the membership and moving it back to the New one, and Old gym Owner was rude and not helpful at all.End story: Eventually New Gym staff helped me to move my membership back with them at original price as well as giving a discount for inconvenience for 1 month, meanwhile Old Gym Owner Decided to take action and block me from attending his Branch ever again (hence, this clause in contract is Optional - 13.3 If you refuse to transfer to another club, we reserve the right to remove reciprocity access. - which he decided to exercise).Bear in mind that both Branches Operate under same ANYTIME FITNESS, however there is massive difference between two due to the people that own and operate it.I suggest you choose wisely ?

Great little gym. Rarely feels too full despite its size. Three power racks is a big plus. And the PTs there are super friendly and helpful.

Ushna is the best PT I?ve ever had, and I?ve learned so much from her from the past 2 months of training with her. I would also highly recommend her to anyone who wants to target glute and lower body trainings, cuz she is the glute training queen!!! I?ve definitely noticed significant difference in muscle strength and body shape after training with her.She is very professional, she really tries to understand your goal and gives useful guidance based on observations and interactions with you. During the training sessions, she explains in great details how to make the best out of each exercise, and sometimes even help you understand the science behind why and how to train certain muscles groups. Even outside of coaching lessons, she builds out personalized plans for you and answers all your questions regarding health, nutrition and fitness, which are all extremely helpful. She also checks in regularly to help you stay on track in achieving your goals.She is also fully of positive energy, she is funny and kind, and she has her way of motivating you, pushing you to continually improve, and keep extending your limit. I truly feel so lucky that I have Ushna as my PT and I?m grateful for everything I?ve learned from her!!

Absolute joke, AVOID at all costs. Despite not going last 3 months paid as was in 12 month contract. Unable to cancel membership on app so cancelled direct debit. Since then have been bombarded with emails and messages from 13 different mobile numbers. Tried to resolve but they have added arrears. Difficult, stressful and worst customer service ever came across

They are cheating . Any other anytime fitness doesn?t have these kinds of rules to loot money from the customers. They are looting money even if we have valid doctors certificate . I had my doctors certificate to quit the gym and this guy is not removing my auto debit and cut 40£ from my account this month after sending all the required documents . This is a total fraud for anytimefitness.
