Everybody at Martin Smith is amazing. I have been renting with them for quite a while and there is not one bad thing I can say about them. Friendly, efficient and so helpful. I have used other agencies before them and none of them could ever reach the standard these guys provide. They are just amazing!

Outstanding experience with Martin Smith Lettings. I can not rate them highly enough. Everyone at Martin Smith Lettings were a pleasure to deal with and a proficient team. Will forever be grateful to Gavin who was my point of contact for the property I was looking to rent and I am now living in, and I can not thank him enough for all his patience when it came to referencing and professionalism dealing with all my queries that were answered promptly as well as keeping me well informed every step of the way. Nothing was any trouble for him and even though he had many tenants, I?m sure of, to deal with, you were left feeling that you were his priority. This was the same for Tony. You don?t always come across estate agents that will go above and beyond, setting time aside to help you even when you are a tenant of a property that is being managed by another colleague of his, and I?ve seen this many times in other estate agencies. Both genuinely care and both have a very honest direct approach which I love. Thank you Gavin and Tony, you really are a breath of fresh air.

First of all I would like to say Martin Smith is 1 of the WORSEST letting agent I have ever meet/seen in my life. If it become possible I would give them (-) MINUS 5 star. They hang my application from 13th to 30 of the month by names credit check. In 30 of the month they told we can try 1 more time with different checking. HOW FUNNY & SHAMELESS ADVISE. My current aggrement suppose to be end by 31 of the month. I was almost not getting home for there careless activity. By the Grace Of Almighty ALLAH I found my propery in the last day if the month by another letteng agent. *They were asked me gurantors to support my application, I provide them amost DOUBLE earning gurantors with good CREDIT whatever they've requested. They are totally not in good activities. Always I had take information from them by my side, they never informed what is going on my application. So be careful about this letting agent if you do not want to waste your valuable time. Keeeep So So Far Away From Them. Take care everyone.

People stay away from this letting company and if you rent - Read your contract carefully! What you agree is gonna be diferent on the contract!

I recommend Martin Smith Letting and Management because I am living in a house for nearly 10 years. I am very happy this is a amazing property in east London. They can do house work very quickly and the staff are very helpful and on time. Especially Martin ,Kevin and Tony they are very kind and helpful.

One star is too kind, I will put zero if I could. The worst estate agent that I have dealt with in my life, they should be out of business. Tony was extremely rude and does not respond for over 4 days even when his collogues promise he will call you back, instead of saying sorry he will say "you are not my priority". I tried to rent a property and went through weeks of referencing and providing all types of documents they were asking me only to be disappointed with an email to state sorry the property has been given to someone else. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and misleading. I believe the real reason was they discriminated against us, that was obvious from the begining on how Tony was speaking to me and my wife and the type of questions he was asking. They played it along to avoid being challenged, declined taking a deposit only to give the property to someone else in the end. This was at a time where we were desperate to move to a bigger property as soon as possible. Do not use this estate agent ever!

Over all bad professionals who work here, Tony was extremely rude and just stopped getting back to me at all. I went to see him in person and again lied to my face! If I could give less than one star that wouldn?t even explain the lack of honesty, compassion and professionalism this company has.

Renting and check out process is simple and efficient when compares with other big name real estate company. Response is fast when things need to be fixed. Gavin is exceptional while other staffs are also helpful.
