“The staff seemed polite,however they always seem to push you to send by extra service, which I find disturbing? For eg I know i wanted to send an item by 1st class signed and most of the time it gets there by next day or 2 days afterwards but the guy at the counter kept saying it will take 6 days to deliver.i know that's not true. Also I paid with a card and he only gave the proof of posting receipt,As its a minor i couldn't be bothered to go back into the store as its always busy with people queuing outside due to the small size. This is my 2nd experience here and I got to say, I'll probably go to the Stratford Post office instead. I appreciate useful information but not pushy services. Hope the owner takes heed of this advice.”
