Royal Mail continue to be the poorest delivery service available in the UK. They were the best just a few years ago.The delivery office is never open, the driver doesn?t leave cards for tracking or their handwriting is so poor you have no chance of tracking your parcel. The redeliveries never arrive when expected.A package due Friday has been delayed 6 daysANOTHER shambles.I don?t send via Royal Mail anymore so all my frustrations are about receiving mail.Joke service, even evri are better these days.

They seem to deliver and are opened only during everyone's else's working hours, when no one is home. For a few good years I had to collect all my parcels during a short and busy time window on Saturdays and I don't live close. Sadly, in my case, they simply don't "deliver" anything else but envelopes.

They're open just two hours a day for collection, so I have to get a day off everytime I need to pick up a parcel.Many times, if the parcel isn't worth it, I just cut my loses and never pick it up.No matter how loud the left is screaming, the state just can't provide good business.Just privatise it already.

This delivery service used to deliver outstanding services in the past. Things changed recently to worst,some of the delivery staff not attending the property but updating the system as attempted. Every month I have an incident with one of the postman claiming that attempted a delivery. My videodoorbell recorded no such attempts but contrary. The manager does nothing to improve the services and Royal Mail Customer Service seems helpless dealing with my cases. What's more frustrating is that my parcels,some lost cannot be located !That's not fair for other staff working hard to deliver the best and Royal Mail standards lowered by such individuals. Hopefully these sources of issues and frustrations will be minimised and the staff treating us or me as a customer like this can undergo a training or faces the consequences of their lack of professionalism.

You should update your working schedule online if it has changed. Or add a note at the gateway to inform us if have a different schedule at the moment.Walked there twice and was closed. Very annoying to waste my time like this. ?????

Terrible office , three times I have walked 2 miles to collect a parcel to find that this office wasn?t open at the advertised times.They should refund the delivery charges if this office cannot open at the advertised timesI have actually cancelled a subscription based upon the fact that they only deliver by Royal Mail.

Sooo so annoyed!!They never came to drop my parcel off. Didn't inform in in the earliest opp. I needed the parcel tonight. I was willing to pick it up but you can't pick it up until a card is left! I left out of town for the weekend to come back all the way only for the parcel to never arrive fri and sat and now my weekend is ruined!!! Thabk you for NOTHING!!!!!.! The customer saervice staff is just as useless! A "sorry" not going to help with the inconvenience and extra expenses made just so I can revieve this parcel which never arrived. Can they just be honest and say they are short staffed and perhpas of you wantvthe option to pick it up yourself ...

*I am posting this because I can't find a complaints line / form. I am happy to take it down once my complaint is heard.*My parcel was conveniently left at my front door on the 11/7/2023, despite already requesting for it NOT to be delivered and for delivery date to be delayed till 14/7/2023. I live on a busy street (exactly why I made the effort to change the delivery date) and the parcel was subsequently stolen by a stranger. NO - The door was NOT opened, NO ONE was home, so it was NOT delivered.The individual was also not in uniform - Is he even a Royal Mail staff??Royal mail: if you want to, I would be glad to share the WHOLE video from my cameraDisclaimer: Stratford DO has generally been excellent for me otherwise. The uniformed staff are friendly (big smiles!) and accommodating. I have used their services regularly and happily.

This royal mail is a joke, google says is open and then you get to the door and is shut. The opening times are now from 8-10am???? Who the hell can visit this place at this time, im usually working as most people are!!!! I am reviewing this in 18-07-2023 and has been a joke since covid

They deserve less than 1 star really. They are messing up my deliveries everytime. I really think that the postman stole my package, as he delivered to me another package and nothing else to that person. 0/5. Very disappointed.
