I visited this store on Sunday 12 May 2024, between approximately 6:40pm and 7:20pm.
I would like to commend Kamal and his crew for great service and customer care overall. They are all a sunny, positive bunch and a real credit to Tesco.
I am truly sorry to read of the negative experiences of other shoppers, but I did not find this to be the case for me at all.
If possible, please let the store know that the woman who waited for the second 'yellow sticker' discounts for the day and who was treated with real patience and respect has written.

0 english spoken in that store + untrained staff + manager can?t even help you because his english is so poor + gift cards are not working there don?twaste your time or energy there

Never go to that store ever again the products are too expensive I went there this morning that I?ve noticed the behaviour of that manager was very unprofessional, very inappropriate, his attitude is disgusting, his behaviour is no good the way he making a false accusations towards me saying that I was stealing when I wasn?t stealing ? I was only paying for my items and if I was stealing I would walk out of the store without paying people need to be mindful of who they are making a false accusations and come correct how they speak to customers and think twice before they start blaming things on people I felt disgusted about his behaviour it was a disgraceful if I were that Tescos they need to start firing these managers like that and start hiring a new manager that is more respectful and behaviour of the staff is disgusting I?m never step foot in that store ever again I?m done

Store always dirty and messy, they host the evri parcel service that never works, if you don't want to maintain it just get rid of it.

Don?t go here to return Hermes/Evri parcels - their printer doesn?t work. And despite what Hermes/Evri?s website says, they DO NOT do a packageless service. Waste of time.

I don?t usually review but the experience here is usually so unpleasant that I made an exception. Embarrassingly rude and unprofessional staff who I have often seen yell at their customers, and who talk rudely about their coworkers in front of customers. It feels like being in the middle of an uncomfortable family argument whenever you are there, with some staff trying to get their coworkers to behave like adults and the rest arguing and yelling with customers for no apparent reason. Avoid if you can, I really avoid going when I can. Oh also - the Evri post stop very rarely works which entirely defeats the point of bringing in a package to post, as you always end up carrying it out if there too.

The lights were all on, but no one was home. This was 22:45 on a Wednesday evening. There were at least five customers wanting to get in but no sign of any staff and the doors were locked. A business shouldn?t advertise being open until midnight unless it is. I?ve experienced incidents in the past where a paper sign is put on the door. On other occasions, I?ve been made to feel unwelcome after 11PM.

Advertised opening times don't seem to apply. I wouldn't begrudge them not being open at 11:30pm, but if you advertise that you're open then I expect to see the lights on.

Not a great range of stock here - no 1pint milk cartons ever, hardly any yoghurts, no decent chocolate like Green & Blacks or Lindt, rarely any fresh bread, everything else seems pretty random and pot luck. Staff not very friendly, security seems to be OTT with guards usually glaring at people or getting in the way - don?t bother asking them for help to find anything! The entrances and aisles are constantly blocked with trolleys, always long queues to pay even with self service tills - which often need staff intervention. It?s a shame as this place could be so much better with a bit more focus on customer satisfaction.

Omg I never see like a customer service like this Tesco . I?m regular going Tesco but I didn?t accept like this Tesco customer service. They think we are slab and bagging for food . We buy our own money which one good are quality.This shop staff name Patel . She?s behaving like owner this shop. I never goo this shop again . You got 3 staff members talking about pictures in the phone, not working basically. I got over there because I got a question over a product and she's telling me to wait in my face while she was still chatting about how the picture and the camara was good, I just get out of the shop not gonna wait to hear nonsense. Bad customer services. 0 stars if a could.
