My husband came in to look at some ultraboosts and we were welcomed by a lovely assistant called Jasmin who was so so helpful and kind and help us find the pair of trainers to leave with. She was very patient and conserate of our needs and bought out several sizes to ensure we left with the best fit. I ended up having a lovely chat with her! We left the store feeling so happy and content with our purchase. Its about the service athat comes with the product that makes it extra special! Thank you Jasmin, you deserve a promotion and so much more!!

I dont normally have a issue with this store but today i went to adidas westfield stratford and i asked them to print a shirt for my freind who sadly passed away a few days ago. They refused to do it as i wanted 3 numbers on the back instead of 2 i was willing to pay how ever much it cost for the printing but they still refused to do it as they wanted to keep it simple as possible. They couldn't even make an exception for a someone who has passed. This is why the world is like it is shame on you adidas and the staff and managers of the stratford westfield store they have no heart.

Nice mall with lots of brands and big food court quite busy on weekend and nice seating area outside as well, next the underground so easy to reach

Very polite staff however, ordered online and went to collect it and they didnt have it? Wasted my time ordering online and going to the store because they were unorganised.

I go into the store at 10.30 AM on a Thursday because I want to avoid the crowds. I ask to try on a pair of track pants that i was keen on buying. The changing room has three stalls. One is occupied, and the other two are empty. The store employee tells me I have to wait because "the other stalls are not available for changing at the moment".
