I returned a Smart TV that I found to be faulty. They looked through the box. Declined replacing or giving me a refund on the basis that they couldn't redox and sell on. As they removed it for my 6 mile round trip home they left the remote. Instructions batteries and feet for the TV out of the box. I've tried to call the store. And I'm put through to a fax tone . These franchise stores are terrible at customer services and it drastically needs to change.

Exceptional customer service by Sam. I was struggling with the online process and it was really frustrating and outdated. I decided to pop into the store and Sam made everything absolutely smooth and easy. Amazing guy and great customer service!

I was fortunately enough to be served by Berly , the manager, today at the store when I attempted to pick up my parcel. Firstly, she accused me not telling her if it was DPD or Argos parcel to save her time. Afterwards, she nicely asked me to show the proof of ID and again trying to act difficultly saying my fingers covered part of my name on my driving license. At the end she sincerely put down the parcel on the table and walked away immediately, without any interaction. I would suggest her changing her job, rather than spreading negativity towards customers unnecessarily as a ?manager?.

Excellent customer service, somewhat busy, easily collect order from store via online store, very friendly all on level 0 plus wheelchair accessible

AWFUL SERVICE from the manager Bernie. I ordered the wrong Apple earphones and returned them within 3 minutes of buying them and requested to swap for the one I needed. Instead of being polite she said it was my FAULT I ordered the wrong one and said she won?t do anything about it. Every other Argos would have happily taken it back. She was obviously having a bad day but no need to take it out on innocent customers. Really awful service

I was served by Vijaya, she was really helpful to find a delivery time to suit my schedule and my appliance was delivered with ease and delivery driver service was amazing.

In with my Xmas gift smart watch and Berlin (large build, short hair, black female) goes straight away 'no refund/no replacement because the package has been opened' I ask her what about customer rights?? Her shocking reply 'THERE IS NO CUSTOMER RIGHTS' !!!Luckily the young lady (bless her soul!) at the till was more responsive and processed the refund!

The store is automated and it was a wonderful experience shopping in there as you just select what you want and go pay for it effortlessly.. Some of the staff were not very friendly though..

Ordered an item for click and collect at this store. Waited 20 minutes only to be told that they don?t have it (even though I paid to reserve and collect the product). No options offered apart from go to another store. Argos in other branches are usually really good but this store and it?s staff are below par and probably need some refreshed training.
