It?s now 11:19 a.m. Till now the shop is closed which is so frustrated when their schedule time is 11:00 a.m. So many customer was there but all of them gone. I want to ask the manager ?What time are you opening your store? From 11:00 p.m to 9.0 a.m? ?

Well formulated layout of goods to assist any shopper that enters. The staff are friendly, approachable but also.quite professional in every word of their role. Quite willing to assist clients on entry and always staff up the till when the queues in the self service tills points gets kind of lengthy. Their initiative is astounding and refreshing to see and it makes shopping there worth while on every visit. A well worth journey every time, with no delay in service being received and time is not wasted in terms of shopping. One goes in and comes out satisfied all the while. Highly recommended indeed and the security guard ( Ghanian African gentlemen) always willing, able and eager to assist as and when required. He also, makes the atmosphere very welcoming and also quite professional in terms of his approaching of customers. He also assists in explaining to customers any issues raised or problems at the self service points. Very grateful for the service, an all round effort by the staff.

Massively overcrowded but I suppose this is to be expected from a large store in a Westfield mall. Worse was that I felt as though I was being watched constantly by staff even though I was friendly, neat in appearance, and already holding bags from other stores (not that those things should matter at all when it comes to how you treat customers, but I think I was the opposite of suspicious!)I asked for an item from one of the counters and was not allowed to have this with me while I browsed the other lines, which is fair enough for security reasons in such a large shop, but when I went back to pay I was served by the same member of staff who gave me the wrong shade. I didn't notice this until I got home and thus I had to come back to exchange it.This was a waste of my time and the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable as I do not receive the same treatment elsewhere even when far scruffier. Since the makeup counters at this branch don't offer the same 5 star service as at smaller Boots branches I would personally only come here to pick up something out of stock anywhere else or to browse the more affordable lines. I would suggest you save your time, money, and dignity by shopping at the individual shops available in the mall such as Nars and Too Faced.

Every time I go in this boots there are never enough staff especially on the chemist area where you need a bit if extra help. At lunch time so many people.will pop out and get what they need so why not get staff on a pastime shift to cover this busy period say between 10 and 2 a 4 hours shift even a student or single.mum can do them shift s easy enough. Comes boots put your hand in your pocket and get some staff please.

Shoddy customer service. Didn?t have my meds told to come back the next day. Checked closing times on the web cites 7pm. Get there at 6:20 to be told pharmacy closes at 6pm!

A very good and high-quality pharmacy. Prescription drugs are issued here, and other over-the-counter drugs can also be purchased. Many products for hygiene. There are also cosmetology products. And many other products for your health. It is possible to pay by debit card and cash. There are many products with various forms of discounts. I always go to this pharmacy.

The team at Dior were very unhelpful, with the exception of Sandra. It?s embarrassing that they don?t have a single Dior carrier bag on a Saturday! Absolutely terrible. And the boots staff working on other counters are also rude and unhelpful. It?s not that difficult to unlock a cupboard and give the shades that people are wanting to buy if there?s no one on your counter.

Really professional service, put me at ease straight away. I had the premium eye test and it picked up an issue with one of my eyes that needed further investigation with my doctor. Would recommend.

Never underestimate the power of boots.There is always a deal to be had.Love the perfume counter. The assistants are very good at suggesting new perfumes , just arrive with an open mind !

The staff very rude and un respectable and hiding behind the counter to keep the customer waiting for long and leave the queue . poor service very rude to customers and always they forget one or two medicines to order , then we have to come again and again always delay for preparing the medicines even if the prescription they had it week agoWhen you asked for the manger the manger always not available or busyBoots is a big company but the staff very poor what a shame I a device people not to go to boots Stratford because they are rude and always creating problems.I need investigation for those staff who are trying to keep the customers leaving.

The staff here are very busy but when you do find someone they are extremely helpful,The pharmacy here again are always very busy, and usually have a queue of people, So if you have to pick up any medication it's best to give yourself plenty of time.I've heard some members of the public being quite rude which isn't pleasant for anyone.

The service is very bad, first "we do student discount", after no we don't do without the boots card. The lady at the till was very rude and arrogant, I think for this industry the people should be positive and correct with the customers not rude.
