I came in wanting a £10 token for my top up. I didn't have to wait long. Staff were polite and efficient and helpful and I got my token. Boss job, everyone!

Highly recommended shop! Ara was dealing with me as I bought my new phone. O2 Arena shop refused me which was really annoying. So back on track, thank you this lovely staff who works there, and made my day as I received my New Sony phone! Will return soon to upgrade my contract. Best of luck guys!

Very bad service, staff are not trained well. If you go for Sim registration they will give you broadband connect as well without notifying you and that to random address which you don't know.

I had a very bad experience today in this shop. I went in cause I want to buy a second sim contract as I?m with o2 for 10 years and when I asked the guy who was at desk about prices he gave me all the higher options for what I asked for, so I said to him, please I would like the cheapest one cause I don?t want to spend so much money on my second sim. He replay saying that I should change provide if o2 wasn?t suit me, saying also if I ask for a Ferrari he wouldn?t give a fiat option. Very bad attitude and very confrontational. I let him know that he should accept my comment when I said to him that I don?t want to change provider and that if he?s behind at desk, he should give service to customers no matter my requests. He told he didn?t care and that he wouldn?t accepted my comments. Well at the point I asked him, if he was the manager, and he told that his managers was next to him serving another costumers. All of this, making at scene with very bad manners. Another guy came over, but he was a supervisor, which he said, I?m sorry I?ll listen to both side stories, I was like WHAAAT!?!? I?m not here to making problem, I just want a SIM card with a good deal. However I explain to him everything and when I said to him that I would like to escalate, he said to him to wait ,that he would call the store manager. Phil the store manager came over and he apologised , he agreed that the kind of attitude were inappropriate. But my point is another one, that guy he should do a different job, he shouldn?t be there suggesting people to change provider if they are not happy with the pricing that o2 provide to costumers. Unbelievably and unacceptable.

Very good store: kind and very collaborative staff. I was here two days ago and in this store I got what I didn't find in two other o2 shops: kindness and help for what I had to do. Thank you.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The manager and a colleague helped my 88 year old mum out when her phone was stolen from her pocket. I got her a basic phone and they done the rest. Can't recommend them enough!! Well done.

Very Bad Customer Service..I went 5 of December..For replace my sim Card..One customer service team ask me Questions with RudeWay..then i say i want replacements sim..they say they dont have access for replacements sim..then i ask about phone they dont have this phone in stock..i said you can ordered it I will come and collect when its will be there..he say dont have any option.then the guy dont want to talk with me..My Question is if they dont have any access even dont have ordering phone there why they open a store there..its a very very bad service i ever seen in my life..Naver ever goin again this store..Bad Customer Service ever i seen

Bad customer service-All staff must be trained or this store must be closed.I've been with O2 for 8 years, I've never encountered bad customer service like this.I went to recycle my phone and get an upgrade, the guy said I had to pay £45, I was ok with that, so he told me to delete everything from my phone after having peeked on my phone he told me I had to pay £175. He should have told me before I deleted everything on my phone. After that, there was no apology whatsoever he went to the back and didn?t come out.Never ?? visiting this store again.

Bad customer service the team are not helpful, they are not professional. I asked them how I could buy a new bundle once it expired and they didn?t answer a simple question , giving me wrong information every time. Bad experience if I could I would give 0 star

Very rude staff, one of the employees was plain offensive, raised his voice and claimed I had an attitude problem.The manager couldn't fix my problem as their "in store computer was broken".All these happened while another staff member, ayoung girl, was simply lying with her face and the table, snickering.Just an empty shop with bored employees with no mood to work whatsover.
