Located a stone?s through away from Kensington High Street underground . Wonderful location with everything around Found the rooms comfortable and clean and breakfast good. Reception staff was polite and friendly. Check in at 3pm went well with the exception of one when room was not ready till 5.30pm

The entire staff of the Holiday inn South Kensington high Street is exception period in particular shafiqul Islam who went out of his way to accommodate me. Double kudos to shafiqul. In addition upon checking in I was not pleased with the room and the staff changed the room without question.

We loved this hotel - great location and excellent facilities. Very convenient for access to all the shops, restaurants and cafes on Kensington High Street. I used the gym every day. Super staff, especially Mishi on reception who really went out of her way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. We will be coming back.

My husband and I have stayed here for exactly 5 days and we couldn?t be happier. A couple of highlights: 1. Breakfast of champions: the breakfast itself is full, well prepared and actually quite delicious for a hotel breakfast. They offer the full british spread (baked beans, eggs, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, etc) and a variety of breads and pastries. What?s even more notable are the lovely breakfast attendants. Everyone working at this department is full of joy and love and it is such a warm and welcoming experience every single morning. In fact, I?m going to miss Komal?s smile and her friendly demeanor. She was incredible. 2. Cleanliness: The housekeepers and service attendants have outdone themselves and the rooms and common areas are so clean and well maintained! 3. Proximity to the tube and busses: this place is in the heart of it all! It made it so convenient to explore this beautiful city.

Selina from the breakfast department was very welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality and warm smile. Keep up the great work ?. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, housekeeping also did a good job.

Excellent hospitality and service by the reception staff who were so polite that they laughed at my awful jokes! Valerice and Georgina provided a pleasant welcome and a smooth check-in experience. Room is excellent size and was well serviced. Excellent location!

Stayed their for 7 nights , was a pleasant experience . Friendly reception personnel especially Mishi, always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast of a high standard and friendly staff. Also good to have a Starbucks on site to grab a coffee and do some e-mails. Very close to the underground .. Looking forward to my next stay..

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Kensington, not my first stay at this hotel. Service has improved since my last stay and housekeeping are seen more regularly. Restaurant (in the lobby area) still a little overpriced, but the food is good. I did make use of the spa this time. The hotel is very conveniently located near Kensington High Street tube station and the high street. In close proximity to shops, busses and access points. The highlight is still going down in the morning to visit the in house Starbucks and meet Ali the famous Barista. Everyone knows him, everyone greets him, everyone stops in just to come say hello to Ali and have one of his great coffees. Ali makes everyone feel welcome and again you can?t help wanting to make that your go back to place, as he reminds everyone - ?thank you for coming?. He loves his job and the customers love him. Love the vibe, it?s a happy place.

Room was nice, small however adequate for one person. Bed was clean. Pillows are comfortable. I picked this hotel to attend the fitness centre. For centre London the gym was good. I would typically attend the gym in the mornings at 6am. The fitness centre opens at 06:30. This was somewhat of an inconvenience. Food was good, breakfast setting was comfortable. Not over crowded at 7:30-8. Food choices 8/10. I suggest oats/porridge or cereal bar. Decent coffee machine however no choice of non dairy milks. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Staff 10/10. Selina was my host at breakfast who explained the breakfast set up. Staff are always on hand to help.

Marco Steven, Dario, Ish were excellent at being flexible and finding the right deal for me. They were patient and explored all options until I was satisfied. A young and vibrant team. Very polite and professional, I would recommend everyone to do business here.

Maleeha, Aanika and assistant manager Dario are really helpful, my phone was broken and was able to upgrade and trade in my handset, they transferred everything for me and walked away with my new phone, will definitely come back

We stayed at this hotel for a quick 24 hour stop in London post-flight from the US. We booked the trip on less than 24 hours notice so we weren't too picky with hotels, but I'm very glad we found this one. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and in a great location (5 minute walk from the Tube and shops). The room was a King, nothing special but the bed was comfortable and there was AC (very good as it was quite hot when we were in the UK). The bathroom was a bit tight but did the job with good shower pressure (a plus after 30 hours of travel)! This is also a hotel used by flight crews so you'll see lots of airline staff there. To me this is a good sign that the hotel is consistent in the service we received. Next time we're in London we'll certainly consider this hotel again (if not looking to try a new neighborhood).
