Went for a haircut recently - as soon as I walked in - a very young looking girl came up to me and said "I need to take pictures of your hair" I was a bit stumped and when I asked why she said "for the before and after pictures for our Instagram" I thought it was very unprofessional that she didn't politely ask ("would it be ok if/would you mind if ...") but basically just told me she was taking them. She then sat at reception, legs up on the chair and on a mobile phone the whole time I was there. The haircut was ok but the salon just had an unprofessional feel like it was being run by a kid - and from the immature/unprofessional response to the negative review from the Russian lady - I think they should seriously consider changing some of their staff.

I had a haircut and a balayage and I love the end result !!! Sylwia did a great job on my hair just the way I wanted. She is very friendly, professional and provided me good consultation on after maintenance. Staff is very kind and welcoming as well. I loved the experience and definitely will visit again.

Had the most amazing experience from start to finish, they fitted me in with a lovely lady, I did not catch her name unfortunately but she had glasses and her hair in a clip. The lady was just amazing and my haircut wad out of this world.

Magda was absolutely amazing, I had a wash, cut and blow dry booked with her & could not fault anything she did. The loveliest stylist I?ve encountered, a pleasure to speak to and left with amazing results. She also recommended colours for my hair, advised on how to take care of it & planned out future appointments. Could not recommend her enough

Don't go to Daiva for haircut. She is colourist only. Don't leave negative (honest) reviews about this salon. In the future you will be denied any service there, with any staff. No apologies for previous service ( awful haircut),

The worst haircut I ever have ?Daiva nice, friendly, talkative lady. But if you go to her for the first time observe and control every millimeter of your hair. It was my fault. She is colourist only.Upset for next month ??.UPD. Avoid this salon as far as u can. I keep begging during appointment " not too short please" Daiva was busy with her conversation.I have curly hair,I was hopping after drying hair would looks longer. At home, I realized that not only is it very short, but also torn to shreds. I waited 6 weeks and they canceled my next appointment ( they not able to fix their piece of art???). with my regular master Ineta ( who never let me down) instead of immediately responding to my complaint and offering a free service.
