My experience was marked by a series of disappointments that reflect poorly on your commitment to customer service.Firstly, I was surprised to find that your staff members did not wear name badges. This lack of identification not only makes it challenging to address staff members directly but also detracts from the professional atmosphere one expects in a retail environment.Moreover, the demeanor of your employees was noticeably unwelcoming. It is disheartening to encounter staff who seem unhappy to be there, as this negatively impacts the customer experience. As customers, we seek a mutually respectful and courteous interaction, and this was unfortunately not the case.Of particular note was an incident involving a staff member referred to as "T-Bag." This individual displayed a concerning lack of knowledge about the store's policies and promotions, specifically the "3 for 2" offer and usage of points. Despite my efforts to explain, T-Bag neither acknowledged the offer nor provided any solution, which directly contradicts the flexibility I expected, especially concerning the usage of points for partial or whole transactions.To make matters worse, T-Bag's error in not applying the "3 for 2" offer meant I had to return to the store. Upon my return, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake, nor any attempt to rectify the situation in a customer-friendly manner.Additionally, the absence of a store manager or any other authority figure to address these issues is concerning. It suggests a lack of adequate support and oversight, which is vital for resolving customer grievances and maintaining service standards.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve staff training, especially in customer service and policy awareness. Your customers deserve a shopping experience marked by professionalism, courtesy, and accurate information.I look forward to seeing positive changes and hope that future visits to your store will be more pleasant and in line with the high standards one would expect from Boots.

I suffer from IBD and have a permanent stoma bag. I was in desperate need to use a toilet whilst on the way to London for a day out. I didn't know the area but saw the Boots pharmacy. I thought if I go in to the pharmacy counter to explain my situation, they as medical professionals would understand and maybe help me.... I asked if they had a toilet I could use, explained my condition and even showed her my bulging, full stoma bag. I was flatly turned down by her answer of just "no".. then she told me to find a cafe. I was shocked and taken aback by the rudeness and lack of understanding, especially from a trained pharmacy worker.

I found Kate an excellent shop assistant always going the extra mile well done ,unlike somebody else?s comments who like to put her down try working the day there on low pay putting up with shoplifters daily abuse being threatened etc by drunks crack heads and then you might just realise how bad their day can be so please don?t be judgmental because she didn?t say Hi are you having a wonderful day

Did the click and collect order here, and I was in and out in 3 mins. The store is very clean but has slightly confusing entrance if you coming from the main road rather than M&S parking side. Overall can't fault it.

Genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews but it's the same thing every time I come here. You go to checkout, they overcharge you, they go to the product display, confirm the price and correct the price. No apology and barely any acknowledgement of the error at all. Once fine but it just keeps on happening.

Kate is very rude, glared at myself and my partner the entire time we were in there, at the counter no hello, no thanks no nothing. Worst customer service ever. Get some new staff please

New pharmacy staff on weekdays working hours is very rude. Not helpful at all. Old staff was very helpful. Been with them for 5 years. Time to change the pharmacy.

This boots use to be one of the really friendly and organise pharmacies. Our local that i have been using for years. Then they decided to change all pharmacy staffing who has been there for a ling time and now it is an absolute chaos!! The pharmacy team are inexperience and rude. They have no idea how to manage that counter and the amount if mistakes they make is beyond me. I don't understand why businesses makes decisions to ruin their reputation which they have at this boots.

Ammmazing inefficiency and timewasting at this boots due to mismanagement. The pharmacist has decided to "go for lunch" at 10.30am on a working day (Monday) and wont be back until 12pm earliest. And prescriptions can't be issued without him!I need the medicines urgently for my family so am waiting here for almost hour and half on a working day where this should have been a 5 min job.Seriously AVOID this boots!

We had our flu jabs here, what a pleasant experience, the workforce look happy in their work, smiley faces everywhere and the shop is bright, clean and well stocked.A special mention to the young man who did the jabs, he was extremely pleasant and lovely to chat to, many could learn some people skills from him. Thanks
