“I joined Comfort Care At Home in October 2020. I was new to care and received excellent training and support. The director encouraged me to pursue an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, which I completed in 2022. I was promoted to Senior Carer and have taken on more responsibility. I have learnt so much over the last two years. We all work as a family. We are all valued for the work that we do and the lives that we change. Last week, the director organised a private tour of the Chamber of the Mayor of The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames as well as an afternoon tea that he hosted. She prepared and framed a Certificate of Appreciation that the Mayor signed and handed to us individually along with a gift that she bought. She always goes above and beyond. I am grateful to have found this company.”
